Jarwin should have started over Witten last year. I would think he should be cheaper than that though having not been a starter last year. Guess that shows the difference in opinion between coaching staffs. They could have had him CHEAP for one year as a RFA.

When you look at backended contracts like Cam Fleming when half of the total is in the final year's salary, its a much more team friendly deal with a much lower actual cost.
