I'll throw out some random numbers if Cowboys have a 50% chance to beat the Bucs and a 30% chance to beat the Niners and the Giants have a 30% chance to beat the Eagles that puts out chance at a home NFCCG at 4.5% but hey there's a chance.

With the #6 seed NY Giants victory over Minnesota, the Gmen are now guaranteed to go to Philly for the Divisional playoff round.

Assuming we beat the lowly 8-9 Bucs, and can take care of business avenging our loss at SF in the next round... a NYG victory over Philly would have us HOSTING the NFC Championship with the Gmen coming to Dallas.

Definitely NOT out of the realm of possibility :)

I would give it an 80-85% likelihood
Lets simmer down and win tonight first.

That 3X thing is a myth btw. It's actually EASIER to beat a team the 3rd time, not harder.
I hear this all the time, and it’s complete BS. It’s hard to be a team three times unless you’ve already been twice LOL then it just be them once.

I read yesterday that in the last 50 years, Teams we’ve already beaten the opponent twice that season are 14 and 7 in the third match up.

Giants beat Philly
Cowboys beat Tampa
Cowboys beat SF

All of this has to happen, and you think there is an 80-85% chance of it?

I don't think the Giants even have a 50/50 shot of beating Philly, and the odds of the Cowboys sweeping Tampa & SF are probably no better than 50/50 (if that), so I don't see how the odds all off it happening could be even 50%, much less 80-85%

these lowly bucs as you say have the greatest qb of all time as there qb so i would say the chance of these cowboys with there playoff record has a pretty slim to none chance of winning

Nah you guys are just a bunch of pansies and it’s sickening. The bengals went from 1992-2022 without winning A SINGLE PLAYOFF GAME, and I would be willing to bet their fans weren’t a bunch of doomsayers last year when they made the playoffs. It’s really disgusting to see this is what some our fan base has fallen to.
So you're comparing the cowboys to the Bengals now? Do You know how stupid that sounds and you have the nerve to call people pansies for not believing in this team, then you, yourself compare the cowboys history to the Bengals, you lost all credibility .

Ya'll were saying ;-)

Come on now... how bout some conversions to the positive for those lacking team spirit.

As I said, we have an excellent chance at hosting the NFC Championship.

The Gmen CAN beat the eagles and we will beat the Niners.

It is that simple.

We WILL beat the Bucs, And the Niners are NOT invincible by any means (just ask the Chiefs, Broncos, Falcons and the lowly Bears for Pete's sake). The Niners late season win streak is not that impressive if you really analyze it...

And if anyone can beat Philly, the Gmen can.
Simple as that.
Yet, 98% of the CZers were dissing the Giants as frauds throughout the regular season (weak schedule, QB, etc.)
Now Cowboys Fans, drooling for an NFCCG at AT&T Stadium -
are becoming the 'reverse Marc Antony' from the play 'Julius Caesar':
"I've come to praise the GMEN, not bury them."

I don't think his point was to compare the histories... it was to compare teams who haven't had much playoff success, and their fan base.

We are 1 win away from potentially hosting (or at least BEING IN) the NFC Championship.

Let's go Cowboys!! :starspin:

The Cowboys smoked the Vikings 40-3. The Giants had to go toe to toe with the purple mediocrity as Cousins couldn’t get it done last drive . I think the Giants are capable of surviving into the 4th quarter but I see the Eagles pulling away at the end around 30-21 .

A Cowboy home game for the NFCCG would be great against NY , first things first dispatch the 49ers.

I give the Cowboys 50% chance over 49ers
Giants 20% chance over Eagles
I'm not seeing an excellent chance.

Keyword is: Chance

I give us an 80-85% Chance against the Niners (assuming we show up and play our A game)

And the Giants v. Eagles is a Division game, and they match up very well against the Eagles. The Gmen are full strength this time, while Jalen Hurts is hurt and not full strength. Division match ups are always tough and it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to beat a team 3 times in a row, especially in our division.

I see this going down to the wire - a 3 point game either way... BUT a HUGE stat in our favor on that matchup ---

GIANTS are 6-0 vs. the #1 seed in the Playoffs Since 1990! Let that sink in for a moment as you ponder my previous prediction (another key to my prediction and vital point to this thread).
