nothing substantial will happen because the chips have all been placed on the wrong numbers all over the salary cap .

Even when you look at money paid to QBs and hear the argument that this team can win a SB with Dak , the issue remains that you can Win a SB with Dak if the defense was elite and the other offensive parts are top notch . Which is not the case .
The issue is that Dak is not the QB to overcome the shortcomings and win you important games .
This is critical that position is .
Heck look at the chiefs and bengals what they did with elite QBs despite holes in the roster .

What is exactly is a big name? The certainly will sign a linebacker. Wagner is listed at 5 on the Athletic list and LVE is 49.
