No one should be blaming Brian Schottenheimer for any of this. He didn't hire himself. I actually feel bad for the guy as he is being viewed with near unanimous scorn for a position that he was offered. This should be one of the happiest moments of his life, and sadly it will end up being one that has a mix of boos and a laugh track assigned to it.

If any moron at training camp or games chants Jerry's name and asks for their autograph, then they are not true fans of this football team. They are imbeciles.

Oh I am to some degree......But in a strange sort of way......I'm happy for Kellen not being dragged down by this loser of a franchise.
Kellen doesn't deserve going down with this franchise. It's just amazing....How bad this franchise has become. I'm starting to think that Stephen is the catalyst behind all this. He runs the cap.....Doesn't spend money. Now he's the voice that Jerry hears....and follows. I would put Dak a tier above Hurts (I have Hurts in that tier with players like Darnold and Tua and Murray) but again it is still worth noting that the offense here was also top 5 when he was OC.

Will be interesting to see what happens. Reality is his current OC job for a top notch organization loaded with offensive talent is light years better than HC here where you are humiliated and undermined by the owner on a daily basis. I bet he gets offered an HC job somewhere in the next couple years.

I have Dak on the same level as Kirk Cousins who imo is his football twin. Wherever you have Cousins is where I have Dak and I still think that’s most likely average and not good enough to be the highest paid player in the league.

As far as Hurts I got old sec beef with him in not thinking he’s good lol. LSU Bama thing I guess so you’ll get no arguments from me he isn’t that good of a passing qb.
