Not only did you add to what Thomas said, you also made a baseless claim that the defense game up 27 points in a single quarter (they didn't and Dak gave them 7 directly and put GB's offense within the 20)

Are you man enough to at least say Dak made it harder on the defense and Dan Quin to do their job?
Bottom line is we are not a balanced football team, that plays complimentary football.

We have some talented players and a good team, but we will continue to struggle in the playoffs until we find balance.

the team was planning parties the day or 2 days before to celebrate the coming win. Not to mention they were already partying before the game. Thats bad culture, lack of leaders on the team, in the locker-room and higher up the chain.
That's the coach is not having control of the team and keeping them properly focused.

Most of the players are in their twenties they're maturity level compared to past generations is not even close the coaches needed to lay the law down with these guys and impress upon them the gravity of the situation they failed.

That's nothing. Some fans have already quit on next year.
We don't get paid millions to play a game. Most of us also accept the truth about the Front Office. You can continue to delude yourself and create flawed comparisons, though.

So true........even more upsetting is both MM and Quinn have tons of post-season experience ( both have Super Bowl rings), yet they fail the players IMO. Shame on them....

, the excuse from DLaw is that "we were tired"
I forgot about this. So what he implying........they needed more time to rest, they weren't prepared, and they didn't wanna be there? A very odd statement by him.....inexcusable.

Also, the excuse from DLaw is that "we were tired" so try and make that mean they didn't quit.
Think he means that you get tired when the offense in the first half produces Punt, INT, Punt, INT...maybe he means something else though. Yeah, probably not this.

I don’t think fans have quit. I always want the cowboys to do well. I also know. The only real change on this team happens when Jerry is uncomfortable. Which happens when the losses stack up. I just want to see real change

I believe there were numerous reasons to blame including Dak, but there was one in particular that stood out to me like an elephant in the room.....Dan Quinn! I rewatched that game recently on the NFL channel and I spotted the same elephant that stood out the 1st time:
Dan Quinn made NO adjustments! None! I'm not sure how DQ could say he was even watching the game!
One of the announcers made the remark in the 1st half: "The Cowboys DBs are playing a lot softer coverage than they usually play!" The announcer said that!
And he was exactly right! GB receivers were wide open play after play. The Cowboys normally play more man coverage but against GB they were playing zone. And when they lined up, our backs were playing way off of the receivers. Extremely soft, just like the announcer said. GB was killing us with the pass because their receivers were WIDE OPEN!!
Meantime, Dan Quinn did NOTHING to change that! WHY?

I don't know for sure whether the defense actually quit or not, I do know Dak made his share of mistakes, and I also know if Dan Quinn's head had been in the game where it shoulda been and had made the adjustments that any DC worth his salt would've made in that pass defense, we wouldn't have been shamed the way we were.
Dan Quinn was the biggest rat on that field.
I for one am extremely glad that DQ is gone from the Cowboys.

Here is another one. Personal attacks because they hate Dak so much and have to ridicule any Dak supporters even though this thread has nothing to do with Dak.

I know most of you don't like Dak, but if you guys are going to keep allowing these anti-Dakkers to keep making their personal attacks and be kept for all to read and get their kicks with, it's going to get ugly around here!
Everyone can see through you, you're not fooling anyone. We're all rooting for Dak, he just hasn't played well in the playoffs.

This thread has nothing to do about Dak. It is about the Defense and Dan Quinn. Even said as much in the title.

DQ adjusted the coverage due to Gilly's injury. So yes the Cowboys played different than normal.

And you are right, DQ sat there and made no adjustments the entire game.

The offense got off to a slow start but still put up over 500 yards and 32 points. If you didn’t watch the game and saw that stat you would have swore we won. What sucked was the early turnovers and our defense.
Garbage time anyone???????????
