All that play time and you're still getting owned by a bunch of dudes on here who never played a down.
That’s because there may be correlation between playing the game of football and knowing the intricacies, there isn’t necessarily causation. Most players only know what to do concerning their position in the game, not all of the other positions in the game. Also, nothing says you have to play the game of football to know it. There are plenty of baseball and football nerds who went on to be managers and coaches and didn’t get past the pewees because they just weren’t physically talented enough. AC just saying I played football and others didn’t doesn’t rebut anything.

D Flaw, Parsons, Dak, Martin, Lamb, etc. All of our "stars" are weak and back down from competition. You either have to admit that your "stars" are low tier or you blame the coaches. We blame coaches. It is the way.

Everyone was to blame for that loss and it starts with the coaches. They were not prepared at all and made zero adjustments(sound familiar). Always seems the other team comes out more energized and focused every playoff game.

Defense was surely to blame however the offense doesn't get a free pass. They had the opportunity to turn things around(could have actually took a lead after the second series)or slow GBs momentum right off the bat however the offense contributed to the beat down by giving them 14pts and it spiraled out of control. Momentum can change things quick in sports.

The whole "we were tired" comment just solidifies what's wrong with this country club organization

Coaches, defense, offense **** the bed that day

They thought their stuff didn’t stink and then GB proceeded to knock the stuff out of them and they quit. And then the offense! Absolutely Zero threat to run the ball and combine the 2 and the majority here blame it all on the QB. Just ridiculous and very telling about posters.
You forgot about 2 very costly interceptions in your recap. How convenient.

Give it a rest, again your spin, and your “reading “ is highly suspect yet again. As bad as the D played the O was worse and DQ was MM scapegoat for last season a trend in MM coached team. Heard no complaints about DQ for two seasons while MM O was pitiful. Dak will most likely have killed off 4 OC and 2 HC by seasons end.
These guys avcuse others of leaving out facts by....leaving out facts!

Then act bewildered people dare argue with them.

Its a madcap world.

We need Dawgs on the team to not allow what we saw in the GB game ever again. I mean, the GB players were laughing whilst they proceeded to beat us down in the wood shed. To not be competitive at all at home, with the stakes so high, nor be prepared, should never happen. That's the hard part. We looked gutless. Reminded me of the teams we had when Jimmy Johnson took over when he was rebuilding the team from scratch basically. I think culture starts with different players and good leadership ON THE SIDELINES. MIKE MCCARTHY LOOKS FAT AND HAPPY ..not like a pissed off coach that's trying to find out who wants to be here.
Agreed. The team is so clearly rotting at the core yet no one wants to acknowledge it and deal with it.

Dak could steal a lollipop from a child and kick his puppy and (certain people) would never admit it was Daks fault or had something to do with it

We would get some bs answer like that's not the Dak we know that guys from some alternative multiverse... cries under the covers

I know some will disagree but we have four in Parsons, Diggs, Lamb, and Tyler. All four have shown motivation to be the BEST at their positions and great work ethics.

Until I see it from Micah, I disagree. He shrunk and did his best Criss Angel impression in that GB game. Lamb also shrunk in that game but I do like what he said recently about the fact he needs to grow up and lead. This is encouraging. Diggs isn't a leader. Great player but I don't see it. Tyler Smith? He's quiet. Our new Center is and will prove he is a must needed leader and dawg. The minute he steps into practice you already are hearing it. Players are drawn to him at practice and its very early, but this is the buzz. I believe we found our leader on offense, but we still need Lamb to step that up. Daks never gonna be that guy. Hes good, but not a dawg.

Are you serious ????? This kid has played one NFL snap or practice for that matter but you are ready to crown him a better leader than four Pro Bowl/All-Pro teammates. C'mon dude, please tell me you don't actually believe this.

This is horseblip. He didn't say they quit at all. He said they couldn't stop them which anyone who watched the game could see was the case.

This thread has nothing to do about Dak. It is about the Defense and Dan Quinn. Even said as much in the title.
Everything you do, say and most of your life is about Dak, including this thread which is an excuse for him.
The defense did not play well, I agree but the loss was on Prescott, he's the leader, he's the QB.
He put the defense into a deep, deep hole. This defense was not built to stop the run, but to play with a lead and rush the passer.

Quick game review:
GB scored first, they put up 7. We get the ball, Dak over throws Lamb on 3rd and 8 from a clean pocket, we punt.
GB gets the ball, our Defense holds and forces a punt, we get the ball back, Dak throws an INT at our own 18 yard line, GB goes up 14-0.
We get the ball back, Dak holds the ball for 7 seconds on 3rd and 5, takes a sack, takes us out of FG range. GB gets the ball and goes up 21-0.
Defense was exhausted, they were running it down our throats.
We get the Ball back Dak throws a really bad pick 6, we're down 27-0. There's 2 minutes left at halftime.

TOTAL CHOKE JOB.
