Weeden was said to have made strides during the offseason but from what I've seen it's Ponder over FLynn and Weeden for a game manager, which is the only way to resort.

He was on a team that made the playoffs one year. He also completed less than 50% of his passes that same year and hasn't sniffed a starting lineup since. He was also out of football for quite a while and has been cut from multiple teams that basically have no QB.

The guy is not an NFL QB. I don't understand why he gets mentioned. There are a dozen guys walking the streets right now I'd rather have that can actually throw the ball like an NFL QB. And if you're looking for athleticism, well, there are QBs that can do that too. We even worked out one today I believe (Johnson).

Ponder is so talented and has played in so many games. He'll 100% for sure be the guy we sign.

Ponder's only real talent is that he has a hot looking wife.
