Signed by Cowboys Cowboys sign Jayron Kearse

Pretty simple math here.
He was clearly the cheapest of the 3
exactly ! I guess some just still dont understand how cheap they are with non-star/favs Players.

If your a star or jerrys fav, you get overpaid, if not it is low ball offer, and many players who are still decent players, are not going to take a low ball deal.

So do you think Jerry, Stephen and Will are sitting around the office right now going 'man, we are really nailing it this year'?

As a fan of Clemson, I like the move. When he is on and playing hard he can be a player in this league. Solid special teamer

They are absolutely doing it.

Like Hannibal Lee, they love it when a plan comes together.

He is a stiff as an NFL player. Period.

His ceiling is a year or so as a special teamer.

He is an underachiever that could have been a player in this league.

We are catching this loser on the downside.

It would be nice if we could sign someone we KNOW will make a difference rather than MIGHT make the team.

ahh people,, Kearse is as much of a safety as Noah Brown is a WR.
There is a working class in the NFL, not all make commercials.
This move does not eliminate us from signing either Kazee or Hooker.

Neal is making $5MM, right? This guy will likely make $1-2MM. Hooker or Kazee could get $2-3MM. Total that up and you would have been in the ball park of what John Johnson is making and he's a legit starting FS in this league. I'd rather have one really good player and roll with him than 3 JAGs signed hoping you can hit a single with one of them.

Just saying.
True, but you know thats not how Jerry rolls.

I take it you're not his agent.

Big difference.

We did not need a blue collar worker at safety.

We need one who can play.
