Think he might could do better on the inside. His starts have come at tackle. With Tyron, Tyler and Steele, we should have tackle covered, but you never know. The question really is what do we do if Tyler has to kick out to left tackle. I assume that's where Edoga comes in.
This works too. In that situation, I'd look for a late round tackle to be brought in. Either way, I think Ball has played his last snap for us.

I'm thinking midround (at the latest) guard. Eventually (probably after this season), Tyron is going to retire and Tyler is going to take over at left tackle. I don't see Edoga being more than a backup (like Farniok), so I think we'd like to secure the future starting LG. Even without Ball, we've got Tyron, Tyler, Steele, Waletzko and Edoga who can play tackle. Edoga gives us a vet to step in at guard this year if needed and the rookie can take over next year.

It’s getting almost unfair for the rest of the league.

nuthin wrong with CYA signings and churning the roster seeing what sticks. I like the urgency.

Don't know much about the guy, but by a quick google search he seems to be a plus player in the run game, what's held him back is being a total liability in pass protection. Also averages a penalty roughly every 50 snaps or so.
We will just remove him on the 49th snap. LOL

Athletic but not as strong a McGovern or position versatile (OT/OG/C), so he is a no go at OG. Can only be a OT, good athlete but strength is suspect. Think of him as a poor man's Connor Williams with even less strength than either of the Connors.
