Everyone whiffs on tackles at times because there would be a lot fewer big plays if they didn't. NFL offensive players are just as good as NFL defensive players, so you're going to win some and you're going to lose some.

Not saying Neal will work out well at Will or that Kazee will work out well at free safety, just that we can find bad clips of any player.

Well, he's willing enough but he's gonna end up getting himself killed if he continues to use that kind of technique. He basically got himself hurt on that play IMO.

As to the ball hawk expectation, I don't think this guy is that. Here is what I see from him. He plays it safe. He doesn't jump routes or take a lot of risk. He plays safe angles and hardly ever actually makes plays on the ball that result in a pick. Most of his picks come from tips or bad throws, to be honest. I don't think he's a playmaker the way you would describe some of the other guys in the league. He's smart, he's willing and he will make a tackle for you in space but he's not a thumper or a playmaker. He doesn't have great speed to make up ground, which is likely why he plays safe. If that is what you are looking for out of your Safety, he's your guy. If you want Ball Hawk at Safety, this is not your guy IMO.
