Signed with Chargers.
Thanks, did not know that.
Signed with Chargers.
I guess this means Parhnam from the XFL is out of the question now.
I have two rings, one on my finger, one around my neck, my wife is responsible for both.......He has a ring!!!
Jack of all trades
Thank goodness we closed the deal with Poe, but it's weird he changed his name and playing position.
I think the Cowboys will draft one but not until day 3.
Jay Novacek didnt create any front page news the day he was signed back in the 90's, a Plan B free agent from the Cardinals. Still........
Yep, was once a top prospect and participated in the Elite 11 QB camp his senior year in HS.The Belldozer. Former QB at Oklahoma.
I actually like Schultz potential. When you see him move around out there he’s super fluid and a natural hands kinda guy. Really wish the last coaching staff let him on the field more than once a gameA blocking TE.
Should be a nice 3rd TE option instead of some people's wishful thinking Geoff Swaim reunion.
Still need a good backup receiving TE option behind Jarwin.
Getting a " real" legit blocking FB would be nice too.
Don't sleep on Cole Hikutini on the ps. McCarthy has found spots for all catch, no block TEs in the past.
Awalt was a trade (1990) - 8th round pick/When they started the Plan B FA back then, there were 2 TE's available I wanted them to get one of them. Jay Novacek and Rob Awalt, both from the Cardinals.
I noticed when Dallas played the Cardinals, those 2 were always playing well against us, catching everything thrown their way. Not sure why they were on this list.
Dallas ended up with both of them. Novacek from plan B, and pretty sure Awalt was also, however it may have been he was released later on and Dallas picked him up. He also had back issues, which may have been why.
The Belldozer. Former QB at Oklahoma.
I don't know much about him, but he sounds like just a blocker:
Former KC Chief. We can really use his 67 yards receiving next year.
