Ultimately though, Thompson has been in the NFL 6 years and never even performed to the level of a quality # 2, much less a #1.

Thompson makes it possible to release Dez and draft Ridley at 19. They are going to get a WR in the draft that's for sure. The problem with Dez is that he doesn't have any speed and can't run proper routes. Dez makes it very hard for Dak to be successful. He also makes it possible for teams to double Beas.

That is just fueled by hatred and an agenda that is growing rampant on this board, as evidenced by you trying to convince people Dez is a number 3 WR now....If dez is a number 3. Bease and Twill shouldn't even be on the roster. Just stop it. Dez played with a broken foot and a QB going thru the worst beating ive seen during a 6 game stretch. We were rolling in that Atlanta game before our coaching staff decided to not give Green help and let Prescott take sack after sack. And Dez STILL had a decent season. A great season for any number 3 to wish for. So just stop it.

Also Ridley isn’t a replacement for Dez either. Ridley is likely a #2 type WR in this league. He’s not a talent like a Julio Jones or AJ Green or a Dez Bryant when he entered the league.

I think the fact that the guy Dez is working with telling the world that Dez can run any route he wants but the coaches don't let him just went in one ear and out the other on anyone with an agenda against Dez because of his salary.
