Cowboys, Titans reportedly engaged in Pacman talks *Merge*

Again I agree with everything you said. But the team of the 90's had some very low character people on it and they were still worth rooting for. When it comes right down to it. It's about winning. I live in Houston and I still here the jokes cracked about the crack wagon. Just like I tell them. MOST fans would root for a bunch of crack heads if it meant their team was gonna win 3 SB's in 4 years.

That's sad, and I hope it's not true.

He's not worth the trouble... Dallas is better off drafting a CB.

As much as I agree with that even if we get PacMan I still feel it's a must to draft a CB in the 1st. IMO

I hope its true....

Pacman knows its his last chance and Jerry knows not to throw big money at him.

Its a move a contender can make IMHO.....Pacman will make our secondary stronger and our return game better.....

Throw a contract at him that has very little risk....draft some corners this yr....u can never have enough....Newman will be 30 soon and Henry has battled injuries the last few yrs and isnt getting any faster.

Its really a no brainer.

Your right pacman has no brain

I think what everyone forgets is that we have a team full of good guys. If you stick a bad player on a team full of good players, the bad player has really only one option, to become a good guy.

We have leaders at all the positions that need them. We have players that won't allow hazardous actions around the team. I think our team is trong enough to take a guy like pacman and turn his life around. If not, then you can bet Jerry will get rid of him.

Pac-man isn't going to cost this team anything.

They will still draft a CB, whether the first or second round, and Jones contract will be full of stipulations and incentives. If Pac-man flops, they will just have to throw their drafted CB into a fire a little early, and the hit on releasing Pac-man will be negative.

The only person that is in a position to lose is Pac-man.

Getting Pac-man is going to be cheap, and he is that play-maker we potentially need. Even if he is above average, unlike Reeves he gets the job done, and can make a momentum-swinging play through an INT return, or a punt return.

Before all this crap went on with him, how many of you wished he was on our team?

I did.

He is one HELLUVA return man we all know that. His cover skills might be raw right now, but hes DEFINITELY better than Reeves. And he can learn, he is only like 24 or something.

I'm more willing to take the chance with the fact that the risk is going to likely be so low...but there is still something inside of me that honestly hopes that it doesn't happen anyway.

I wonder what we are going to give up in the trade? I don't see how it could be anything more than a conditional 5th or 6th.

Please dont put this guy on our team. We have a great team, A great group of guys. Please dont make us root for this guy.

The crowds at the stadium have been great the last 3 years because it is a team worth rooting for, please dont ruin that with this guy.

Tend to agree.

This wouldn't be his last chance. We were fortunate that TO wasn't 25 or atleast on the good side of 30, or else he may not have gotten in line as well as he did. Pac Man is young and talented and as long as he's not banned for life someone will give him a shot

Or the good guys get influenced by the bad guy

Bob Sturm on The Ticket just said that his deep undercover source inside of Valley Ranch said that he's not surprised by the Pacman rumor and that its just a matter of time before he's a Cowboy. Heard it a few minutes ago on the radio.
