Bob Sturm on The Ticket just said that his deep undercover source inside of Valley Ranch said that he's not surprised by the Pacman rumor and that its just a matter of time before he's a Cowboy. Heard it a few minutes ago on the radio.

And this will also give us some flexiability in the draft.
We could get some youth and speed on offense and pick up
a corner in the 2nd by trading up.

#28 - Chris Johnson, yea, I know you guys like him later, but I think he
has great numbers in GAMES this year and then really performed at the combine. I'd pay to watch him play.

2nd round: Justin King. Safety or Corner potential. If we could still trade up

I'm not worried about his off-field acts because we have a lot of positive players on this team to keep him in check and he's on thin ice when it comes to playing football...

I'm more worried about him being off the field too long..is he still gonna play up to his potential?

This is one of those things that I honestly should just accept is going to happen and prepare for it.

Everytime, during my span as a Cowboys fan, there has been a player I didn't want the Cowboys to get, for one reason or another, they wound up playing for Dallas.

You need to start wanting us not to get Reggie Wayne, Braylon Edwards, Larry Fitzgerald or Roy Williams...

Here is your problem. You cant go into the season, even with Jones, just getting a second or third round corner so they can play the 4th corner spot because you have Jones.

#1 you don't know that you have him, at all. Even if he does get reinstated that doesn't automatically mean the dude will be smart enough to not get himself fired.

So if you don't still go CB in round 1, in order to make sure you've got a guy who can immediately move into that 3 spot in case Jones gets the boot then you're right where you are right now. VERY thin.

Even if you get Pacman the Boys are still going to need a first round cornerback to make sure you cover yourself. You simply CAN NOT go into the season relying on the idea that Jones won't get into trouble.

So even with Pacman I still don't believe we go get Dmac. The chance will go up, to some degree, but it still won't happen.

I've thought about trying it in that manner...unfortunately I don't think it would work out. God would know that I actually want the guys and he'd keep it from happening just to keep my karma in it's right spot. Instead of getting one of them that I want I'd get someone like Brandon Lloyd cause of trying to be tricky.
