Of all the choices I'd go with Vrabel.

Assuming he’d even come here to be DC. Has there been any interest on his end? I mean guys get all upset that their guy wasn’t chosen all while not even realizing their guy wasn’t even interested in the job. We see it all the time with FA’s.

I’ve said it already….Zimmer is perfect. He can take over as HC next year and stay there as this thing is run even further into the ground.

Then just MAYBE, in a grasping at straws type of way, like 3-4 years from now, someone will realize that real change is needed.

Doubtful since the Jones boys aren’t capable of finding the next McVay or Shanahan, so they go with retreads that they have heard of.

It’s such a disadvantage it’s crazy, and I’m finally realizing that this has no shot to work until Jerry is gone, and then only a small chance thereafter. I have little doubt they hit a 50 year drought.

It’s awful when you’ve gotta find a way to not care about something that means so much because it now makes you miserable.

Went to Cincy, and in an environment where the GM/Owner rarely if ever helped fortify the roster with proven free agents, excelled.

That'll do it.

You're forgetting the biggest issue in Dallas though; the players have direct access to Jerry.

Guy hasn't been a coordinator for 13 years. Time for some younger more modern approach to the Defensive side of ball. Maybe a guy who didn't run a foreign defense than what used to just to keep his job.
