I'm usually a lurker but I think this is a bad look to the forum, we are mature fans. People want to vent and its like being prevented from venting. everyone gets punished for a few bad apples? I know football and played football and yes Garrett does suck. we had 3 years of 8-8 then one good season and then back to trash. Jimmy Johnson today himself said that the problem is the players don't have to answert to Garrett which would mean Garrett has no control of the locker room and has no control himself, there for he is the problem.

Everyone is bumping old threads from last week, its absolutely awful. No threads after a game, lol. They were always the best reads, capturing the true emotion of the wins/losses.

No threads after a game on a fan forum is a Jason Garrett type of call. A bad call.

That's what I figured. That's par for the course. And there's merit to that argument, too. I hate that the players in Dallas can go around the coach.

Garrett clearly got exposed.. I do not want him coaching our future qb. Take a look back at our 8-8 seasons. His coaching cost us games then also. Icing the kicker. Not taking a knee in the Detroit game . so much bs with this guy. Get us a top tier coach like we deserve and you will see a difference. Get us an offense scheme for our WRs.

Nothing wrong with Garrett. When you have the same problem with every coach its time to look somewhere above the coaching. You have two options. Blame romos injury or blame the guy making decisions. Garrett has nothing to do with either.

Yes, nothing wrong with a head coach that can only manage one winning season in his entire head coaching career...............nothing wrong with that indeed.

What's the difference? The threads are there if you want to vent. Why create a new thread only to have it buried once the threads are merged? That accomplishes nothing but showing users a front page with a bunch of confusingly duplicated threads that they're all participating in at the same time, then confusing them as those threads get culled and merged into the singular topics they belong in in the first place. And then I'm doing nothing but answering the 'what happened to my thread' and the 'what happened to my post' PMs that flood in.

We live in a real time world, where you can post on topic in the open threads in real time. You don't need the right to duplicate just because your emotions are running high and you want the satisfaction of your very own thread title for the few minutes it exists before getting combined with three other titles that say the exact same thing.

So what you're saying is you guys take Sunday's off basically. You're not so busy moving or deleting posts/threads so its kinda like having a day off.

do I think Garrett is the reason we are so bad this year. Not so much. what I will say is that he hasn't demonstrated that he is anywhere good enough to remain absent from the hot seat

The coaching has had its share of problems. And they made their share of mistakes with the bottom of the roster coming out of the gates. Especially with so many positions tied up with players who couldn't give us anything. Overall, the bigger problems have been huge, and they've been with the roster and the QB. At some point, though, I agree that the losing itself becomes the issue, and that's not something JG will be able to overcome once it becomes internal.

And it's threatening to become an internal issue finally, I'm afraid.
