That other thread about the Dink and Dak offense being gone didn't age well.

Another outstanding defensive showing.

Just kinda weird though...
They were missing both their starting corners and ranked in the 20s in rush defense.
I was expecting a little more offensive dominance to be honest.

The defense once again was outstanding with pressure, turnovers and a score.

The challenge for us is getting teams to bring their safeties up. The Giants tried to man up with us and got burned. Carolina played deep and stayed deep, so we needed to be able to run it down their throats until they stopped. We did not.

Of course, it did not matter against this team, but right now, it appears to be our weakness on offense. If the opponent is playing two-deep, we haven't shown an ability to just pound the ball to loosen it up.

Some wins mean more than others. Division wins are far more important than non-conference wins for example. So there can be signature games/wins. The two Giants games, the Eagles game, and the 49ers game (for the reason of they've been our playoff opponents that knocked us out two years in a row) are all signature games. They matter more to team (and fan) morale than other games.

This was the perfect way to win before Thanksgiving. The Cowboys dominated the game from start to finish playing their “B” game. When Sam made that boneheaded penalty that led to Carolina’s only touchdown the offense drove the ball down the field with ease to give us a two score lead. The defense comes back out gets a pick 6. Game over. Now the team goes back home will be well rested for Washington.

Pretty sure we have played all NFL teams this year. Not like Alabama playing a division 2 team while everyone else is playing division 1 teams trying to get a playoff spot.

It's hypocritical garbage and even our own fans fall for it. Go ask them what teams the other playoff teams have beaten and they won't know the answer. Everybody beats up on bad teams because there are only a handful of good teams. But let the narrative be told, only the cowboys beat up on bad teams nobody else does smdh.
