Yes. I believe we get the 5 seed and play the Bucs. Which is why I predicted the score that I did.

But I would love for Philly to collapse on Sunday and Dallas win the division lol

hawkeye----i dont want to win another division....so sick of division titles and one and dones....both Sheagels and 40-Whiners have to lose for us to get 1st seed and 49ers play Arizona at +14....we will not get first

seed...less than 5% chance....you do not put your hopes that other teams have to lose for you to win.....you plan a winning strategy which is "REST" our players like our center who was playing super high level

he can come back 100% ...Rest Parsons who is hurt and gassed....and the rest of our starters.....rest them give them 17 days to recoup and then strategize to put serious BEATDOWN at Tampa.....makes me so

mad Brady has never lost to Cowboys ever for over 20 years.....He told his wife and family go ahead divorce me i am playing one more year...send him hom defeated dazed and beatdown....sure he is the GOAT i

got to give him that....but lets make sure we beat the GOAT his last game......this is winning strategy to rest and put 4-game BEATDOWN on NFL.....that is what the 9-7 Giants of 2011 did......and other wild card

teams to win SB....wont go thorugh them all....no Giants were not wild card 2011 i realize that...but they played 4games to win SB...3 on the road.....but our team is gassed and hurt...dont rest them...call it one and

done or best 2 and done....so sick and tired of that scenario....win division ....lose....27 years ....too much to ask an old man like me....my heart will give out....and that is just cold blooded

I don;t care who we play, I think home game or multiple home games is better for us. we can beat the packers or the bucs IF they just play the way they should for the whole game, and if they don;t , then we can;t win anyway. we have to get over "we can;t beat the packers " or "we can't beat Tom Brady"

we have never beaten Brady that is why i want so so so so bad to play them first game at Tampa...for over 20 years Brady has sent us home losers....look it up....the winning strategy is to Rest our players which is

17 days because last game Thursday....they come back 100% and fired up.....we prepare for a 4-game BEATDOWN of NFL just like the Sheagles did in 2017....no one every thought they would win it all and they

did....with back up QB.....and Brady threw for over 500 yds that game a SB record but went home a LOSER....do you think both Sheagles and 40-Whiners will lose this sunday?....Arizona is +14...NOPE

both Sheagles and Whiners have far more to play for then us.......the winning strategy is REST players 17 days and then 4-game BEATDOWN of NFL....if we go all out against Wash its either one and done or

2 and done....we need REST.....then we can play with FIRE and Purpose

Pass----only way i would not rest players if we can get 1st seed for only they get week off...we have players if given enough rest can play like Biadiaz or badass and TP although TP might not need as long

McGovern was servicable at center but not sure he is our guy against formidable interior defenses?.......we play our hearts out against Wash and Sheagles win and heaven forbid we get more injuries

we play the Bucs WC 1 right?....i believe us winning and Sheagles losing is not enough dont we also need help to get # 1 seed and a week off?.....i could be wrong i just thought i saw something like that?

That's what I'm saying. If the first seed is in question, you play them. If it isn't, you rest you main core of players.

we are not playing good or strong heading into playoffs...that is why i wished we just rested our players....njow if they are fatigued or get hurt....got no one to blame but ourselves

Yes, we need win and rest , the coaches must have rock solid plan to achieve both. i think we should be able to handle this Washington team with not much to pay for with 12-16 of our staters pulled by the third qtr and the 4-5 that are hurt now limping around need not pay AT ALL..

we were supposed to be super confident in Rush, so why not get him in as early as possible with 3 backup rbs and b/U OL and just run it down their throats, speed up the game, and play defense with some young hungry fresh legs.. like the titans did.

but cant sit everyone but quick hooks should be on the menu. they have had 10 days since last game so that positive,
now we look inept first half against Wash....that can sit in our heads.....lets rest the gusy and put it behind us and prepare for next week....found out Bucs got several Killer players back on Defense Villa and

someone else....again we are a team we dont know which one shows up?......bad recipe....most wlll say one and done....but i still think we can pull it out and beat Bucs in Tampa....but Dak cannot continue

to make dumb mistakes because it will have an effect on his mentality....maybe he can have a short memory?....but Washington on paper not bad team other than QB.....but look at all our 3 and outs

and we were suppose to handle Wash easily....lets get our starters out of there and prepare for Tampa....get Rush out there and maybe he can have Rush majic?

I didn't say your thoughts aren't worth considering, just that it's hard to make that choice when there is still a chance at the #1 seed.

You also have to take into account that even aside from getting the #1 seed, the #2 seed is still in play, and getting home field advantage until the NFC Championship game is a benefit as well. Admittedly the odds still aren't high of getting the #2 seed, but they are much better than getting the #1 seed.

As for the example of risking Biadasz, as I said in my previous post, trying to win doesn't mean Biadasz or any injured player would have to play. Injured players sit out all the time in games we still try to win.

I do, however, understand there is a chance a player that currently isn't injured could get hurt, and that's the real argument for what you suggest. For the team it's just a matter of weighing that risk against the chance to put the team in the best possible position in terms of the playoff schedule.
i hear you....there are several viewpoints and really none are bad....it depends on execution and after watchng the first 1/2 we are playing like losers...hope we can just have short memory and move forward

dear fellow Zoners---yes we wish we could have Green Bay and Jacksonville games back

and be clear cut #1 seed in playoffs....but its not....so i believe team needs to rest guys against

Washington and come back with Great Vigor and beat Bucs....we need rest Biadiaz....and

some others....heard Biadiaz high ankle sprain not the kind that lasts long time?.....he has so

improved this year too.....rest players...come back Great Vigor and i like our chances in SB

race......we need good fortune and players to heal and step up.....Go-Cowboys

what do the good Zoners think???

sincerely
your good friend

wish we rested our players instead of giving this negativity of playing bad for bad taste in their mouth....but they are pros....they know when to put stuff behind them just hope not too late to do that....the big push start

next week.....we have to be physically ready...mentally and emotionally steady......we are playing like total losers in Wash game last game of year.....now Dak will play whole game along with other starters

just trying to comeback and have a good taste in their mouth.....we got trappped by Wash....they had nothing to lose...and now we are back again....which team will show up next week?....a good team

with talent and some smarts....or like today...give game away?....i was hoping we rest everyone....take our 12-5 and prepare for Tampa.....Dak is almost still in 4th quarter...and we are getting beat

offense defense and special teams.....why could not the coaches see the Trap being set for us?????.....what we do now play all out maybe more players get injured to make a comeback that wont do a thng

for us in sftandings....MM is sometimes foolish,,,i understand being cowboy HC is tough job no matter who does it.....but MM routinely does not have our team prepared mentally...sorry for negative Nancy views

they are more likely to play without their minds next week.

If you know anything about this franchise, this is a good sign. Shocking, that they have no confidence I’d rather go in losing than winning.

Unfortunately, I don't think it matters. I just don't think they are good enough. Might win a game if everything goes just right but that's about it. After today, I'd put their chances of winning next week somewhere around 1%.
