I hope he sits out. Best friend is a 9ers fan. I really would not care if the guy walked off a cliff. He cost my horns a national championship:mad:

some white guy, I believe a safety, played a pretty big part in that loss too...You can blame the BCS, and the retarted big 12 tiebreaker as well....anyone and anything but crabtree....but yes, that play was amazing.

why would anyone want him?

Because he's a great football player, who would be a significant asset to any WR corps.

But anyways, all this is, is a lame attempt at gaining leverage in negotiations. There's absolutely no way he will sit out a year. If he does, then yes he is dumb.

Doesn't make him not an amazing wide receiver though.

No where in this thread did we question his skills. Your being paranoid again...and YES I do believe he will sit out. I could sense that he didn't want to go to frisco to begin with. That would be epic fail if he does sit out.

So signing him sets them back years... Now not signing them would set them back years.

Looks like the Niners are screwed either way. ;)

Why don't you look at the post that I quoted. My response was to that alone. He was questioning why anybody would want him. And I answered him directly.

And I don't think he cared about going to Frisco as much as he was disgusted that he fell so far, and especially that a scrub like Bay was taken before him. He should be happy he didn't end up in Oakland though, and I think he is.

And agreed on the epic fail.

Graham Harrell is a vawj. With a big old noodle for an arm, and a whiny attitude to boot.

Your right. I think that Bey pick just set him over the top. He's obviously better than Bey and I guarentee you he's using that as a selling point.

THe NFL just needs a rookie salary cap because it's just getting annoying. It's always 2-3 guys every year doing this.

That is funny. What an idiot. Time to knock him down a few notches.

This is why rookies should have set non-negotiable salaries. No way a rookie QB should get $30M guaranteed.

If he sits out, ban him from being drafted in the first round next season.

Had we not given up all those picks for Roy Williams, I liked to imagine Crabtree wearing a star this year. From what I heard we were very high on him.

Yeah Crabs will be a better WR for a lot longer than Bay. But whatever I mean it is what it is.

You can tell how much he's influenced by the people close to him, since now his cousin is the one coming out and talking. Which isn't a good thing either....I don't think he's a diva.

But I don't think hes being a man right now either.

that would be very foolish! If he think he is not getting his worth now. I would love to see how he felt about 2nd or even 3rd round money because if he did this he would not be a first round pick next year... he and his agent know this. he is just making threats that he will not follow up on....

Yeah......ok.

If that happens then whoever is picking first in the second round is going to have the happiest GM/Owner/Fan Base there's been in a long time.

He's just hoping there will be a run and shoot offense back in the NFL by next year.

seriously, he's just making threats like someone already said. NO WAY IN HELL he sits out a year.

Well...tick tock..tick tock. Even if it is a smokescreen, then he's still missing out on vital practices..

He'll sign by the end of pre-season and then be useless for the regular season.

Yeah, thats what should happen. Move along homer, and take your jerky receiver with you.

I wouldn't want him. sounds like he's another athlete that puts money before everything else like winning.
