Like I said people are coming back now to eat their crow but to me it was a win/win for them. There are a lot of debbie downers on this board and generally if the game doesn't go how they predict they come back to eat crow and lose nothing. You are right though it was a great win last night and all should be well around here for a little bit.

Call me dense but I don't get the win win thing.

I had a ten dollar bet on this game. In my mind that is all I had to win or lose regardless of my mindset on the outcome of this game.

I don't understand how I would have won or lost anything If I had not placed a wager on this game.

I take no benefit from being able to say I told you so and the losses hurt JUST AS BAD regardless of whether I thought we would win or thought we would lose.


I seriously don't understand the concept of underestimating my teams chances in order to protect my emotional investment.


One would have to be EXTREMELY weak minded to need to play those sorts of games with one's self.

Honestly it does.

I've stated over and over that I love when the Cowboys make me eat crow. I didn't think they had a shot and still felt like they would blow it until they didn't.
