Everybody makes mistakes. I've made two, I've been married twice. But both have been rectified.

Hedged my bets on that one by including him in the note at the bottom. Thought he had a chance.

If Ridgeway made it over Watkins...then we need a new D-line coach. All you got to see is Ridgeway get his *** stomped in the 4th quarter vs Seattle....to know he isn't NFL material. Guy was literally getting pushed 7-10 yards downfield....then got folded in two @ the goaline.

I don't remember those plays. Not contradicting, just don't remember. One possible explanation is that he had been in the game for a while by that point and his job is to take on blockers. None of them are ready to play a full game at this time. Could have just been exhaustion.

Not to mention Watkins could find his way back as he's an established vet and doesn't have to go on waivers.

Dowdle is a great special teams player. Davis isn't.

But I would have kept Davis, too.

Davis played special teams in the pre-season. At least he did against the Seahawks. So did Brandon Smith.

Maher, McQuaide, Goodwin, Cooper/Grier

Tyron, Washington are ir bound, who are the other 2-3 cuts? Harper/Gifford, Ridgway, Basham, Wally?

Only reason Ridgeway is on this team right now is because he went to Arkansas this is the problem we have in our front office there is no sane GM that will tell you Ridgeway brings more to the table on defense than Watkins.

In the Jerry era, they're only had 4 players from Arkansas on the team and only 2 were draft picks...
