Have they said what is on the table? If he's at 8+ I think the Cowboys would be out for sure. Even 7 might be too rich for them.

I've heard they've been talking to him for awhile, are currently the front runners, but aren't planning to "outbid" a team for him.

So if he simply just goes to the highest bidder, he likely won't be coming to the Skins.

Probably something stupid, on the Seahawks end. They saw how T.J. worked out for them, I think Sydney is a hell of a lot better, more rounded player.... but they need more than a solid wideout at this point.
