That's not what I said.

You should focus on improving the passing game because the run game isn't going to get better with any new RB, it is what it is. Make the passing game as devastating vertically as you can and the run game will have more opportunities.
OK Gotcha ! Difference of Football Philosophy. That's all

Dak against the world is laughable.

He has had well above average talent protecting him and catching balls or taking handoffs from him for basically his entire career.

Dak's driving a comparative Lambo but the fuel tank is filled with excuses instead of 93 octane.
Sad the levels people will sink to, to defend this bum.

Lol this is such nonsense.

Not an ounce of truth.

Remember 2019 when they lead the league in drops and drop rate? Fun times.

Lots of players on the team need to do a better job on both sides. No one, including Dak, should be excused from blame. But yesterday was winnable and Dak and the offense had two chances to do it but didn't come through. The defense wasn't great but they didn't completely collapse either. Like a pitcher, you're not going to have your best stuff every time you take the mound. But as long as you don't let it get out of hand and the offense gives you some run support, you can still get through and win a game.

The defense did enough to allow the offense a chance to win the game at the end. That's usually how playoff football works. It's not always going to be pretty with every unit playing great and dominating. Just remember 2 weeks ago vs. the Chargers, you could say it was the inverse scenario. The Cowboys offense didn't exactly have their best performance throughout the game either but they were able to get a late lead and give the defense the chance to win the game by getting a stop, which they did.

2019 LOL
Amari Cooper as the #1 receiver and a starting O line of T Smith/C Williams/T Frederick/Z Martin/L Collins
And Zeke Elliot rushing for almost 1400 yards

Yeah, that's a real pile of horse manure to work with. However did Poor Dak even find the energy to come to practice, working with trash like that.

Give me a frigging break.
That's talent most QB's would kill to work with.

Yes, it's bad because they literally couldn't catch the ball.

People's obsession with overstating the offensive talent around Dak just for the sake of making him look bad is dummbbb

Why are we paying him like he is the "guy"...................??????
Do you know how many HB/WR you can buy with 40 million a year???

yeah we get 4 pollards....is 4 pollards better than 1 pollard? lets put humpty dumpty in the back field. tell me who you would get with the money you saved? which RB would you have? I bet you can't.

Do you know there are 17 QBs who make 30M and more in the NFL. I bet you didn't. your are welcome. ;)

This offense is one dimensional by choice.

Despite claiming that they would concentrate on the running game some more, they did absolutely nothing to replace Zeke's workload. They backed Pollard up with a 6th round rookie and a pair of undrafted 2nd year practice squad players. The logic in this line of reasoning is M.I.A.

They ignored the need to find a legitimate starter on the O-line to replace Connor McGovern while every young O-lineman not named Tyler Smith regressed. They got nothing from Farniok, Ball, and Waletzko. Steele is obviously not the same player before his injury, that should have been anticipated to some degree. They depended on an aged starter with an injury history that spans half a decade, and they got exactly what that injury history implied.

This team keeps falling down in pivotal points of their seasons and it's entirely on team management.

Dak was doing exactly what he was doing in the Rams game, running for his life on almost every down. In the midst of neglect by management, regression from key players, and a power struggle over who calls the plays, this offense is significantly worse than last season and it didn't have to be that way.

This offense wasn't destroyed by any other team's defense, it was sabotaged from within. This team's management walked over to a 2-3 year window and slammed it shut.

Got it

Like I said the excuse train is miles long and still rumbling on

Good thing Dak didn't play for the cowboys in 2011 when Laurent Robinson led the team in TDS and the o line was Free/Kosier/Costa/Holland/and rookie Tyron

We might not have scored a point all year

Ok. Fair points. But you can’t argue that this offense, even with all the personnel flaws, should not have outscored Philly yesterday. We should have put up 40 points. It’s the little things like a guy not running a 3rd down route past the sticks or in the case of Schoonmaker, not running his route into the end zone on 4th and goal. It’s a false start inside the 10 with the game on the line. Another delay if game penalty after that…taking stupid sacks instead of chucking the ball out of bounds. …. It’s a dozen little things that are more about attention to detail and that’s coaching. Sure the team is managed by football morons, but that’s not why we lost this particular game.

CeeDee, Zach Martin, Lawrence and Marie all probably feel like it’s them against the world. Dak is not the only person giving his all.

Jalen Hurts seems to be doing well in the W-L column.
Kirk Cousins was playing lights out until injury.
Trevor Lawrence led Jacksonville to the longest win streak
of any team this year.
Jalen is ballin, no argument there....

But you're telling me Kirk Cousins play has matched all the max contracts he's had throughout his career according to the standards yall hold Dak to? How when Dak has a better winning percentage than he has AND Dak has owned him head to head???

(Please put the goal post back where it was)

I wasn't aware Trevor Lawrence was on a max contract. How many playoff wins does he have so far?

Anybody else tired of watching these games end like this with dak against the world and no help.

Anybody that can't realize that he gave all he had and it still wasn't enough please don't respond because you just don't get it.

He needs a power freaking running game like he had with Zeke in his prime and our front office refuses to give it to him the more we try and work around it the more we will fail.

We could have made Derrick Henry an offer he couldn't refuse and we would have won this game.

Being one-dimensional at the end of a game like that going against the eagles defense pinning their ears back and coming is no way to try and win.

Trying to pass on every down with 3 minutes left to go was an absolute coaching disgrace but it was done because there was no confidence in the running game.

I keep saying it we need a closer we need a guy that can finish that can make a defense play honest and respect the play action.

We got nothing but Dak out on an Island at the end of these games with no protection trying to pull off a miracle and it's not going to happen.
Dak is a top 7 quarterback and the best quarterback in the NFC. The problem is he has not gotten the Cowboys to the promise land. The playoffs are everything for him. Dak gets us to the Super Bowl he will be the highest paid quarterback in the league if we go out early decisions will have to be made.

Every year...Dak needs this...Dak needs that, Dak doesn't have this. My God. Poor Dak. 8 years and they haven't given him the best offensive line and best power running game...oops nope he had that. They haven't given him true #1 WRs...oops nope had that...a top flight TE...oops nope had that too. Just freaking stop.

I'm not too sure about that...but I tell ya what...these weird things he keeps saying "Imma play pissed"...and "gimme honey"...

Not doing to much for me.
Don't leave out his new pre-snap cadence "Heere we goooo..."
