Why are we paying him like he is the "guy"...................??????
Do you know how many HB/WR you can buy with 40 million a year???

A Cincinnati receiver did the same thing last night. It happens sometimes when you are running full speed and need every inch to get by the defender.

I’m positive you have never tried to make a play like that.

It is so easy to make that play while sitting on your coach!

Jalen is ballin, no argument there....

But you're telling me Kirk Cousins play has matched all the max contracts he's had throughout his career according to the standards yall hold Dak to? How when Dak has a better winning percentage than he has AND Dak has owned him head to head???

(Please put the goal post back where it was)

I wasn't aware Trevor Lawrence was on a max contract. How many playoff wins does he have so far?
You claimed nobody would answer you. I did.
Currently, the longest winning streak belongs to the Jags, led by
Trevor Lawrence. The face of the team. I failed to check his contract
but it's coming. Bet on that.

It's kinda funny that you forgot Jalen Hurts. Heck, soon, we'll be hearing how
great Deshaun Watson (again) mostly thanks to his WR1, some guy named
Amari Cooper. He's pretty good.

Every year...Dak needs this...Dak needs that, Dak doesn't have this. My God. Poor Dak. 8 years and they haven't given him the best offensive line and best power running game...oops nope he had that. They haven't given him true #1 WRs...oops nope had that...a top flight TE...oops nope had that too. Just freaking stop.
Bingo

Someone earlier was complaining about what Dak had to work with in 2019

Zeke rushed for almost 1400 yards that year

We had Amari Cooper as a #1 (former Davidian scapegoat but now a guy we "shouldn't have let go")

O line had Collins Martin Frederick and Tyron

And people are complaining about everything poor Dak had to "overcome"

It's beyond embarrassing at this point

I don’t like Dak, but he played well, very well actually. But he can’t fix freaking Steele, he looked like a high school version of Chaz Green.

Anybody else tired of watching these games end like this with dak against the world and no help.

Anybody that can't realize that he gave all he had and it still wasn't enough please don't respond because you just don't get it.

He needs a power freaking running game like he had with Zeke in his prime and our front office refuses to give it to him the more we try and work around it the more we will fail.

We could have made Derrick Henry an offer he couldn't refuse and we would have won this game.

Being one-dimensional at the end of a game like that going against the eagles defense pinning their ears back and coming is no way to try and win.

Trying to pass on every down with 3 minutes left to go was an absolute coaching disgrace but it was done because there was no confidence in the running game.

I keep saying it we need a closer we need a guy that can finish that can make a defense play honest and respect the play action.

We got nothing but Dak out on an Island at the end of these games with no protection trying to pull off a miracle and it's not going to happen.
This was the first game that I thought Dak knew what he was trying to accomplish, and he played great.
That being said, he's been the main liability that has cost the Cowboys every year until now.
Maybe McCarthy really can straighten him out and get the Jason Garrett out of him.
But the Cowboys simply lost as a team yesterday. I can live with that.
But Dak had plenty of help. He played great, but he didn't play great by himself.
It was the first time I thought he was in control.

Where is the damn weekly poll!?!...lol
Are we skipping it this week?
Maybe next week after Dallas beats a junior varsity team.
They only put the poll up after dak has a bad game so they can rile up the forum.
I had to ask them why they didn't put it up the last couple games when he played really well I didn't think it was fair that he wasn't getting equal time when he played good

But they did put it up within the past couple of weeks.

And every year we are a couple pieces short of completing the puzzle not the same pieces every year but different ones when we have a power running game and a great offensive line we have no defense when we have a great pass rushing defense we have no power running game Jerry makes sure that we are always a couple pieces shy of getting over the hump I would think that as long as you have been a Cowboys fan you would have been able to recognize this also

Right there with you. Can’t pass all the time. No team can.

You forgot Garrett now that guy was embarrassing and impossible for DAk or anyone else to overcome.
The eight and eight season specialist keeping us in NFL purgatory never quite good enough to make the playoffs and never quite bad enough to draft well

Right there with you. Can’t pass all the time. No team can.
Yep Rocky 44 passes that is too much quite amazing and a credit to Dak that there was no interceptions or fumbles especially with the pass rush they were putting on him.

That was the DAK of old out there that would use his legs put the team on his back and make ball security a priority.
If he just had a power running game to be able to finish with that game would have been ours

But two offensive coordinators, several receivers and a head coach later, still not enough for Dak

Lather, rinse, repeat

You seem level headed, I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree

If you lived in his world when you got hit running for that touchdown you'd be seeing more than five stars.
Dak played a damn good game for what he has to deal with. Next time around, the eagles fly down to Dallas.

The Cowboys need a big back, the rest are just Ok, but not what they need at the goal line.
