Having a good regular season where he plays in at least 15 games, has a TD to int ratio of 5-1 or better and throws at least 27 TDs. Then goes on to start every postseason game with at least that ratio and averaging at least 250 yards per game (with no critical turnovers). Also he would need to win SB MVP with at least 300 yards passing with at least 2 TD passes and no turnovers in a winning effort.

Just in case you were thinking it’s impossible. That is what would do it. For every single Cowboys’ fan-including his most staunch detractors. Let’s hope he pulls it off. What would everyone talk about then? Everyone would be even more geared up for the following season.
Silencing the haters would take showing up in big games; he can't choke when the pressure games are played.
You'll know how the season goes the first time the Cowboys play an intense game in which Dak has to step up for the Cowboys to win. I'm not sure which one will be first.
I think the game vs the 49'ers could be the turning point, but it's hard to tell how the season will play out. It depends on when the pressure really starts to mount and the Cowboys really need a win against a tough opponent.
I think this could be a really bad year for the Cowboys if Dak doesn't step up.

What difference will it make? We'll have another Super Bowl trophy, and Dak will have a Super Bowl ring.
Arguments go down better with Super Bowl rings. ;)

This is a pipe dream. Haters gonna hate.. Dak could lead this team to a Super Bowl win and the haters would find ways to deny him credit. You can't waste any time worrying about what "they" say.

What if Dak has a repeat of last season?
What are the consequences?
Contract?
Benched ?
Released 6/24 ?

I think that he gets a major extension if the cowboys just make the playoffs for a third straight year. They could get shut out in a playoff wildcard game with him throwing 20 interceptions and that would still happen.

Missing the playoffs barely and I do not know what happens.

Missing the playoffs by an enormous margin and picking in the first 5 picks somehow and they would consider options to restructure but lower his cap hit or just a June cut.

Hopefully if Dak has a really good or a really bad week 1 game it will be taken by all as just one game and not cause 100 threads about how he sucks or is the greatest depending on how it goes...who am I kidding, better chance of me winning the lottery than this board is level headed about Dak...

Eagles fans are losers. They often display that with an obsession of the team that they wish they were fans of.
Dak fans call Cowboys fans Eagle fans to make theirselves feel better about being player over team.

It’s such an elementary way to go about it, but all the Dak fans do it.

The haters will only retreat until the first loss of the following season...

It’s not to be taken literally. It’s a colloquial term that more means they are angry/jealous etc.
It’s a 13 year old Taylor Swift fans term now being used by “ grown men” too…….

It’s now misused to disarm and silence anyone who has even the most minor criticism of someone or something. It is used personalize a non-personal feeling.

I've never seen a single Cowboy fan here on CZ hate on Dak. I have seen some be critical of his play. There's a huge difference. Stop labeling criticism as "hate." The two are very different things. Dak made awful decisions that cost his team the game the last two times he's played the 49ers in the playoffs (not that he was the only one who played poorly). Anyone who is saying, "Well, I love him, so I'm not going to criticize anything he did" is being ridiculous.
....
So, to answer your question, no, it won't silence any haters because there isn't anyone here who hates him. Those who have criticized his poor play will be like, "This is awesome! He's playing great now."
