I WILL NEVER BE UPSET AT A WIN LIKE LAST NIGHT. I maybe nit picking but did anyone notice that danny took off several times during the game because he was under pressure. It was raining and the passing game was not going to be working the same way. But Dak did not take off.

He still wanted to stand tall in the pocket and throw. It’s the first game and it was a rainy day so I will give plenty of slack. I am a Dak supporter but if your looking at the game there is several times he could have tucked and ran with the ball and gained mucho yards. Don’t tell me the injury is still a factor..

Dak is my dude. He needs to look at the film and notice he could have helped his team so much more.
He's developed into a pocket passer and why risk injury in a game like that.

How is this “hate?”

Romo took risks. In hindsight, few can argue that it cost him games and seasons.

It’s not even a real criticism. Just a matter of fact.
He had to take some of these so-called risks because for most of his time here he was running for his life behind putrid o-lines. That's also a fact. Was he supposed to just stand there and take the sack every time? His career probably would have ended even sooner. I'll never criticize a player for giving it all for his team.

Also, some of his injuries were just unlucky, freak injuries that had nothing to do with risk taking.

Sure. Some of it was just the way his body was built.

Some people can’t take the damage the same as others.

So...no mention of Romos bad teams I see. All Romo's fault.

God the haters...jeeze!
LOL what? I loved Romo and still do.

It's actually respectful of Romo to say his injuries crushed those seasons.

If I thought Romo stunk and didn't give us a shot regardless, I wouldn't blame a lost season on a Romo injury.

TE drop in the endzone and we used the RBs to punch it in. Who cares who scores the TD as long as it gets scored?
But we want our guy to do everything,

Pass like Marino
Win like Brady
Accuracy like Brees
Run like Vick

Anything else is failure

27 years of failing breeds uninformed fanbase. Everything is QBs fault

I don’t want Dak running much but if the opportunity is there and the spot calls for it then I’d rather he run then force a throw

Not interesting at all.

Did you miss the dropped TD pass? You must not have a clue what you're watching on Sundays.

All I stated was a simple fact.

Don;t get too sore about it.

I prefer THIS stat over the niners game.

Wasn;t meant as a dis. It's just an interesting feature in his stats. We win 40-0....without Dak in the scoring column.

I have ZERO issue with it....you didn't; notice I didn't; complain?

Whoah

Easy there. I loved Tony as an exciting leader of our team, but I think you’re about five steps to the right of “reasonable” with this comment.
G2 is always bashing me....so I'm giving some back.

Claiming my stat is "false"...is just stupid.

D Jones took some shots last night and was lucky enough to draw a poor penalty call against Dallas. I think he takes off way too much and it will eventually cost him some games (injury) down the road. He is a big, tough and athletic QB, but not built to be taking on hits in the open field. What Dak is doing is just fine. Stop giving the ball to the other team and I don't care if he never runs.
I think it was the first run when Danny got a forearm in the head. I thought a flag would get thrown and it did. He was sliding and drew the flag. Legit call.

You are the one that denied a fact as "false". I'm good.
Far from it. You just displayed an unwarranted meltdown, now others' are seeing it. If you can't handle a discussion, stop responding or bringing me up, then whining about being "attacked & insulted."
That's your move. Claim you don't hate Dak, but compare everything to him, bring him up and for some reason get emotional when adults question your obsession via posts.

Those days are over friend. For better or for worse we shall see. I was amazed they called a QB draw near the goal line. If you could have read Daks mind after he got tackled on that play I can guarantee you he was not having positive thoughts. I am sure Tad filed an official complaint to Jerry after the game. We will win or lose on the strength of his arm. I have come to terms with that.

It's a risky move to be running in the open field and at the very last moment, while the defender has committed to making the hit, you decide to slide. One day that play won't be worth the extra 15 yards for Danny when he is on the cart to the locker room.

Times where he threw it to the TE and they dropped it, he could have ran
