The giants secondary is an outstanding group when they play to their potential and their DL steps up.
both happened last night.

With that being said the Cowboys offense was predictable and were made to play uncomfortable (especially Dak Prescott and Dez Bryant).

According to Nate Newton, the receivers were basically hot garbage last night, and NY's secondary was outstanding.

Dude you have to let it go.....Dez is here to stay.......go join Xwalker in the Dezerters club in the Rant Zone
Sorry man. You have me mistaken. I'm a Dez supporter. But I also keep it real. He has got to help his quarterback.

premature. rash. idealism. forest from the trees. Garrett is no Bill Walsh and this isn't Steve Young and Joe Montana again. Romo is broken. Any hit by an LB, Dlineman or DB and Romo is out for the count again. Can barely breath on the guy now without seeing him in pain on the ground. You think he will magically play like he has a 23 year old body you're fooling yourself.
Romo is this ideal thing we have in mind that some of us hope will return to his 2014 year self but dont realize he took some injuries to his body since and cant stay on field anymore. I hate to say it but that sun has gone down. Hate it for the guy but my rational self wins out over ideal self this time. Hey if he comes back and proves us wrong and balls out AWSOME! Id love to be wrong but right now its not smart to switch QBs at this moment. Its a jump thats emotion based and not head based.

Huuuuge supporter.......lol
Yes. In reference to the Dez & Romo "combo" that is ancient history. If you would have read the context in which that was posted you would have seen that I was responding to yet another Romo dangler.

Problem with all the Romo supporters is that even if we put Romo in, all it will take is ONE measly hit and we're right back to Dak. I love Tony as much as the next Romosexual on this board, but I simply do not have faith that Tony can last even a full HALF of Football, much less a full game, much more less a full super bowl run...

He's now the starter of a superbowl contender. The rookie stuff doesn't fly.

If he were the backup forced to play, fine. If this team was garbage like the Rams just trying to build for the future, fine. That's not the reality. It's big boy time. He's the named starter. There's a pro-bowl elite QB on the bench. If he wants to remain the starter, the pro-bowl QB guy on the bench is the bar, not rookies.
Tell me slick, who was the starting QB that MADE this team a SB contender? Who was the QB that led this team to their 11-2 record? Sure can't be the non big-boy you seem to be belittling named Prescott...

To blame this on Bryant is missing the point BIG TIME. Bryant's numbers have been better than Beckham's in the four games leading up to Sunday. Prescott was simply not a leader last night. Gone was his resourcefulness and calm. You have to go all the way back to 1998 and 1999 for the last time a Dallas defense held a Giants offense to less than 13 points at the Meadowlands. A terrific defensive performance wasted.

I will say this, at least for the veterans around here...this team has a storied championship history and a long drought of playoff success...which culminates in a freaky feeling after watching the dumpster fire that was the Cowboys offense Sunday night. It's only going to get harder for Prescott going forward, and I hope he responds, because his current level of play simply won't cut it and the honeymoon/love affair with him won't last much longer with similar outings...where he craps the bed.

I didn't belittle anybody.

No QB made this team a SB contender. The TEAM made this a Superbowl contender.

The OL and RB has "led" this team.

He definitely had time last night at times. The notion that he was under duress much of the night seems a bit overblown. I am not sure if he just wasn't seeing the field or guys weren't open or he was gunshy to push the ball down the field, Prescott was pretty brutal last night.
Hard to know how much he receivers may have contributed to this. Dez certainly had a few missteps that were more on him than Dak. The slip on the slant was a fluke but the horrible deep route in particular was inexcusable. Both in terms of the lazy tail end of the route AND the complete dogging it he did in pursuit of Hall once the pick was made. That last part was plain disgraceful and an embarrassment. But Dak was certainly reluctant to cut it loose on many of his passes. And he lacked conviction on when to tuck it and run which was his saving grace against the Vikings. Looking forward to bounce back performance against the Bucs!
