Which part is wrong? Tell me what he has done to be paid best in the league. I’ll wait.
Yeah you really broke the resume down like a champ there.

After I posted this I actually thought about making the name change for grins.I want to change my user name to "The Spin Doctor".
Sort of catchy..no?

Most recent examples??? I looked at the least TWO SEASONS! Then you bring up his rushing TD in garbage time and 266 yards passing in a game they got taken to school in? If anything this proves my point that he is not the best player in the NFL. That is what he is asking for. That is what my point is.
So the offensive production and turnover on downs isn’t part of the reason for the TOP difference? The only part of the Cowboys that got taken to school in that playoff game against the rams was the defense that let not just one back rush for over a 100 yards but TWO backs rushing for more than 100 yards. Those two backs kept ram drives alive chewing up the clock. But Prescott haters don't see all of the other problems the Cowboys have had. All they see is their hatred for Prescott and so to them ALL problems are Prescott's fault.
.
I respect your answers.Except, Dak is much more like the son-in-law who came into your daughter's life and helped hold the entire family together. I LOVED Romo, but he was the son-in-law that kept making promises to be there for your daughter and then couldn't show up. He wanted to, but just couldn't. SO MUCH PROMISE...without ever taking your daughter to the big dance. But, he was so likable that we are blaming the new guy because the last one didn't get it done.
Dak has done absolutely everything you could hope for coming out of the end of the 4th round. The entire family is healthier today that it was before the "needy" son-in-law showed up and swept your daughter off her feet. The whole analogy is based upon Dak being needier than any other QB, which he isn't.
I'm not in the pay Dak what ever he wants boat. I've been pretty steady about that. I think it's a mistake on Dak's part. But to write him off as sub-par and overly needy is absolutely ridiculous. I also think everyone is over-reacting to the salary cap implications. They just don't exist and the salary cap is going to rise faster in the coming years that it has in the past. The sooner he signs the better.

He is being the son in law....Which part is wrong? Tell me what he has done to be paid best in the league. I’ll wait.
Yikes.Romo was more like the upper middle class white collar guy that tried to save/support your self-destructive, junkie daughter. But no matter what he did or what support he gave, the girl kept trying to destroy herself.
So not sure..So the offensive production and turnover on downs isn’t part of the reason for the TOP difference?
I really like how you guys have re-written my story completely.Except, Dak is much more like the son-in-law who came into your daughter's life and helped hold the entire family together. THEY got taken to school. "They" being the team. Dak wasn't lights out, but he played well. The team didn't. Especially the defense that gave up 273 rushing yards and yielded complete control of the tempo and time of possession to the Rams. Then there is the fact the running game could only muster 50 yards. But, if your take is Dak gets the blame for all that then there is no reason to attempt a rational conversation with you. Most recent examples??? I looked at the least TWO SEASONS! I was replying to the argument made that the Cowboys defense was the only problem in the 2018So not sure..
You are mad about it or think it left with the changes.
So a QB gets the most money in the NFL if he can only have a solid game with an effective run game? That is not best player in the NFL. That is a good player who deserves a big contract. Not the best.THEY got taken to school in. The team. Dak played well, the team didn't. That, again, is a narrow view designed to fit a narrative. Winning, especially in the playoffs, requires a team effort. Every QB, even the elite ones, need contributions from the rest of the team. You pretend that's only the case with Dak and the Cowboys, which, again, makes rational conversation with you impossible.I was replying to the argument made that the Cowboys defense was the only problem in the 2018

LOL..ok. I think you win. Love this answerRomo was more like the upper middle class white collar guy that tried to save/support your self-destructive, junkie daughter. But no matter what he did or what support he gave, the girl kept trying to destroy herself.
Here is my analogy of the debate about Dak as our QB..
It's sort of like you have a daughter. She is getting married. The guy does not make alot of money. You try to tell your daughter this and that she will probably struggle her whole marriage.
But she insists and she marries him. You end up helping raise the kids because they are always broke and you have to keep propping up their family with money under the table.
After time goes by, there will be a divorce and the daughter and kids move in with you and you have to be dad and father and provider constantly. You do it becuz you love your family but what you really want is to have the daughter find another guy who can get the job done and not need constant help.
Now..what am I saying?
Ok..
Dak is the needy son in law, he wants to succeed but he needs a ton of help. You as the owner GM like your son in law and want his daughter to be protected and taken care of.
So you spend like crazy to put players around Dak and pay DAK to succeed.
But it is a constant and ongoing process and things just do not get to a closure of a title for the team.
We did this once already with Romo. Jerrah is doing it again with Dak.
I am not a Dak hater. I am a Cowboy Lover.
I wish there was a better scenario but there is not.
So we as fans sit..and wait.
And worry and spit nails and debate.
Sound familiar?
Comments certainly invited..not trying to rile you guys up. Only get things in context using easily understood scenarios. The younger fans will have no clue what the hey I am saying.
You older guys know EXACTLY what I am saying.

If you can't reply without being emotional please leave me alone sir. I don't like people becoming dj's when my words are typed up for you to see. I said they were average nfl WR and longevity has something to do with that in most cases. What about TE? Your boo at quarterback is limited as evidenced by that David Carr video that people post up. Of course when you're inaccurate like Dak you need Amari level talent to overcome your lack of skills. It happens in dang near everything not just sports. This isn't nothing new Dak is average and y'all can post all the out of context numbers you'd like but I'm not changing my mind and neither are y'all. Guess we will just have to see who is correct when its all said and done.Did you pay attention to who the team had at WR in 2018 before Cooper? Staying in the league a number of years isn't the definition of a good NFL receiver. Lots of players stay in the league a number of years as depth players (Thompson, Brown), or as players who were decent at one point but are well past their prime (Hurns), or as gimmick or ST guys (Austin). That doesn't mean they are worthy to play a significant number of snaps or can be counted on to make the plays needed. And what about TE? They went into that season with the entire group of TE's having 9 career catches between them - all by Swaim
I will keep saying this but I've never saw you and most in a praise Dak thread with this bs team game stuff. If you can't seem to find your way to them threads with this junk why bring it in here? Stay consistent smh.I really don't know how people can't grasp that it's a team game, and that includes the coaches.
What's amazing to me is how awful the coaching was last year. We were just throwing games away week after week.
Ok.I was not looking at it as if Jerry was the father-in-law.
