“I’m not a loser! You’re a loser!”

:angry::angry::angry:

Awww, I’ve got you pegged.

Yeah, I’m a “stan” of the Cowboys starting QB and I’m a Cowboys fan.

And you’re a “stan” of an unemployed man who plays video games all day.
you realize your avatar has not won anything in 23 odd years so I wouldn't push the whole avatar thing. Resort to insults and name calling when you are called out, so sad.

How is the real dirt bag Zeke for not showing up in the playoffs when we needed him most vs the Rams? And now won't report to camp with 2 years left on his deal. I'm guessing you won't start a thread on him.

Yeah Zeke is a dirtbag for sure.

At least he's truly good.

Still, I wouldn't cry if he left. He has let us down with his BS antics, Jerry went to war for dude, and now he does this. He can kick rocks also.

I wouldn't pay him, only because he's untrustworthy.

With Dak it's all skill base, and a little of the scammer in him.

That would make you feel less insecure about yourself, wouldn’t it?

Dak’s not average. YOU are average. And you can’t stand the fact that Dak is absolutely thrashing you at life.

Yeah he makes more than me of course.

I'm good with my life, I feel I make a decent living as an average American.

But how does it make you feel personally attacking someone to defend another man?

I never said anything personal about his life. It's all football, he sucks and as far as football money because of the cap, he should get less than what he's asking.

But if that makes me hate on his life, I prefer that, rather than, pull on another man's jock, who wouldn't even fart on me.

By all means. Proceed. I won't diss up your man anymore.

That he is not Romo

The biggest Homer.

You defended Romo this way, Bledsoe, Quincy, ECT and look at you now. Dak!

See I can change my opinion of a guy, I don't get all attached and say "no I have to be loyal, I'm a cowboys fan".

If you suck, or start to suck, I'm going to say it.

Then again you defended guys like Twill, called me an idiot for my opinion on him. Now look

Didn't you also use to defend the likes of Keith Davis? Then when these guys get exposed or released, you hide under your rock and find a new guy to ride.

:lmao:

Prescott will go down in Cowboy history as the biggest "Con" ever.
We have wasted already great talents(Romo,Byrant,Zeke?) and years waiting for this glorified Bus Driver to show franchise pedigree........we are still waiting...zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Yeah the worst paid player in the league is a scum bag for wanting the most money he can get. You must really be a sheep and a flunky if you don’t want to be paid the most you can. Must really be weakminded.

No one's calling him a scumbag for doing his best to get paid well, but if he ends up overpriced in a way that hampers the cap, the team is better off moving on. It's just business, nothing personal.

I wholeheartedly agree. It's too bad that so many players feel compelled to attempt to overcharge for their services, although, sadly, it's also a sign of the times. Greed has become an inherent fault for many, including both the teams and their players.

It's probably fair to also say that the Cowboys front office would have been wise to avoid having so many players being due for big paydays at the same time. In a way, it's a good problem to have but a disastrous one as well. It seems good drafting can have it's drawbacks!

Nobody can really blame the team for wanting to avoid a cap disaster by asking their players to understand their unfortunate contractual timing. It seems only fair that many, if not most, players should try to control their over-zealous desires to be paid record-setting contracts. Too bad how greed is a given!

Lol. "Romo completely dominating games".

Talk about exaggeration. Was Romo completely dominating in his third year? Did he even have comparable stats to Dak in his third season?

Romo's first three seasons when he started he threw for 88 TDs and he missed three games. Dak threw for 67 TDs and never missed a game. So no, they are not comparable. Romo was better.
People think because you say Romo was better you must think Dak is horrible, it's just not true. Dak has shown he is a leader and I really do believe we can win a superbowl with him.

Is he trying to scam us? Bc I don't see Dak sitting out missing practice until we pay him...

Dak actually played his first three seasons in the league. Romo threw 0 touchdowns in his first three seasons because he wasn't good enough to start.
Now Dak is at the same point in his career that Romo was when he first threw a pass in the NFL, but with three years of experience already behind him.
I predict that in the next three seasons Dak will eclipse Romo's TD numbers, making your argument irrelevant.

He wants to be highest paid, based off what? He has issues with accuracy, can't carry a team on his back, and only has a high percentage throwing the ball because most of his throws are short range

Real fans don't need numbers to see he struggles with throwing a WR open ( if you have proof post a video of him doing it multiple times), throwing in tight windows, and deep/intermediate passes.

He knows this, he knows he's not that good. He knows this is his only chance to cash out, because he knows he might get exposed as not to good(like flacco), especially if Zeke doesn't play.

He's trying to scam us and strong arm us because really and truly I do agree with him, right now we have no better option. Doesn't make him a great option, just a convenient option. He knows Jerry can get desperate.

Let the guy play and show the world who he really is. If he balls out, I'll for sure rue. But I doubt he can put together a great season, and wow most of us.
I'm not even going to bother reading your post. Where's your proof he wants to be the top paid quarterback

I agree with you OP but his stans will come in here showing cherry picked numbers to try and push their agenda
Come on really. We know what we have in a quarterback. No one's putting a crown on his head. But we're not throwing him away either. Extremists LMAO

Yeah I love my cowboys.

He's a scumbag, trying to scam us. I love the cowboys, but you love everything the cowboys do.

So I'll cry, and you go ahead and continue to be a lap dog.
I'll sit at home, I'll watch the games. I'll enjoy us winning. While you cry and hopefully we lose so we get rid of a quarterback

I really don't mind that people don't respect Prescott the way some of us do. What bothers me is the stupid excuses why. If they had some really concrete evidence of what they're talking about. I care about wins and losses. From the first snap until the last snap everything in between is called football. Show me what you do when the game is on the line when you have the ball in your hands last. Go Cowboys

I've listened to all sides on this issue easier to pay him now than later can't argue with that! Does he deserve to be top 5 paid? Based on his non consistency I say no! Do we have a better option? Not at this point that's why we probably should have tried to look for a quarterback someone to push him myself if I was Jerry Jones I would make him play his final year and prove that he's worth that there's always a franchise tag, Jerry has a habit of overthinking people then they go to crap and then the team goes to crap I've seen it over and over and over the last 20 years plus

Over paying but I guess overthinking could be a good statement to

Yep that's why all the Dak-Zoids are freaking out as they know there are only 2 chairs for 3 candidates.
How much you wanna bet Coop and Zeke get there chair and cash and Dak is still standing come kick-off time?

P.S. Only solution Dak will have is to take a real friendly TEAM deal or we are going QB shopping come the spring as I figure this upcoming year will be Dak's last as his ineptness will continue in grand form.
Tell me is it easier to get a running back, or a quarterback in this league.

Dak is the starting QB for America's most visible football franchise, and has had decent success.

Yet he isn't even in the top 50 (maybe even top 60) highest paid QB's currently. Shame on him for wanting his money.

I believe he was the 77th highest paid QB last year.
