Dak lost this game

Why do we constantly make excuses for dak. The quarterback gets the blame when the team loses... it gets the praise in wins.

dak hasn’t beat a winning team in 17-18 games now going back to 2017-18. That was with a all pro offensive line and rb. That was in a weak division.

mask yourself this. Take this team... or last years team. Put Mahomes... Jackson... rodgers... brees... Brady.... Watson.... Wilson etc on it. Do they win more games? I think they do.

when your qb I asking for 40 plus mil a year I’d expect he could beat a winning team once in a while.

I don't think anyone except maybe Mahomes wins that game for us yesterday. Rodgers and Brees aren't mobile enough to avoid all that pressure. Jackson and Watson I don't are accurate enough. Wilson made mistakes of his own yesterday, against our crap defense.

Seriously? You are comparing DeAndre Hopkins and an aged Larry Fitzgerald to the group of Cooper, Gallup, Lamb and Wilson?

I love how people thrown in Gallup and Lamb, and now Wilson...who are any of these WRs in the pros without Dak?

Gallup was something like the 9th WR taken in the 3rd round...Lamb is a rookie...and Wilson is wholly a product of Dak at this point.

Cooper was literally doing nothing in Oakland...gets traded (for a pick many thought Jerry was crazy to give up)...and IMMEDIATELY looks like a top 10 WR with Dak...you know the QB you people claim cannot throw...throwing him the ball.

Dak has had a better OL, WR's, and RB for his entire career........yet Wilson wins whereas Dak is Dak......so stop blaming the OL to excuse Dak's performance.

Dak's turnovers were responsible for 14 points. The last INT was him trying to make a play. If you take away the 14 points off of turnovers then the Defense and Special teams combined are responsible for giving away 28 points. So no Dak isn't the only reason why the Cowboys lost this game.

Not just turnovers, but two missed EPs and a ST blunder that led to a safety. Without those, we'd have been trying to tie the game with a FG instead of a TD and an EP.

I’m lukewarm on Dak— but a defense that (should have) given up 6 passing TD’s, + all special teams mistakes and the safety, and the fact we couldn’t block 3 at the end.......and we were still even in this game????

So even without the defense you reference Wilson still wins more than Dak.

That last drive of the 1st half and 1st drive of the 2nd half were inexcusable turnovers. If that was Wentz you guys would be laughing your *** off screaming he sucks. Daks two terrible TO’s cost this team 14 points and a win. The only difference in this game was they had an elite QB and we didn’t.

While Dak started off the second half badly, he had a nice first half and kept us in the game later on. I don't hold this loss against him.

no, thank you...I think this is great. and he has had 3-4 playoff record since the superbowl appearance....and dak is 1-2. in 4 years. give Dak that type of defense in his first 4 years. dominant like that. then we can compare notes.

and lets not forget Dak has played under Garrett and Linehan....what would wilson accomplish with garrett and linehan as his head coach.

Put Dak on the Seahawks with Pete Carrol those first 4 years of Wilson's career and Dak probably has a SB or two.

The entire discussion of 'who's the better _____' is crazy. Football is a team game. So many factors go into how successful a player is in the NFL that it's very hard to compare talent at the skill positions, especially QB. Doesn't matter if you like Dak or not, his success is going to, in large part, be dependant on the players that surround him.

I think Seattle has a very good team. We played them almost even for the entire game. Dak didn't lose an entire possession on the safety. Dak didn't miss two extra points. While an L is an L, just those 4 points alone make it a 3 point game.

It isn't as is we had the doors blown off of us. Not sure why anyone would panic or even be unreasonably critical after 3 games.

Because he is fearful to throw interceptions.

The fact he is afraid and never tries it also means he will never get better at it. People want to think Dak is a top 5 QB but when he gets into or near the redzone he plays like a 25th ranked QB. He has a better chance of throwing a 50 yard td to Gallup than throwing a 10 yard td pass to Cooper.

Dak isnt handcuffed by scheme, they call up plenty of plays with opportunity. How many times was Dak running on 3rd down or throwing short? Just one example but the answer is too many.
