I think Dak needs to play like he is Manning and Brady. I enjoy watching qb's who can scramble, leave the pocket, make plays happen, but not as much as I enjoyed watching those 2 work in the pocket. I am not saying dak will be as good in the pocket as them, but

Brady and Manning
-move in the pocket, if the sack is coming tuck the ball and go down
-throw the ball away
-throw to the rb to avoid pressure
-have quick slants available

If the offensive line play is subpar, or takes time to develop:
1.How do you think the cowboys can counter that?
2.How do you think Dak should play?
3.Do you think the cowboys can be in the top 15 in offense?
4.Can the cowboys make the playoffs?

I think dak needs to tuck the ball and go down and throw it away over trying to make plays. Let the defense and special teams give opportunities and win field position. Our punter is a major weapon.

And I need to have 20% of Apple stock worldwide.
Thanks for the laughs.....

you don't think he can go down and protect the ball in the pocket if pressure is coming, throw the ball away, and utilize the rb's?
I do not. It’s not in his dna. IMO he doesn’t process fast enough. I like Dak. He’s a MS boy. Same as me but he is what he is.

Never once in Payton Mannings career has he ever thrown for 4,900 yards. Dak Prescott has. The only person Dak need to be is Dak and this team will be fine. He done things neither Manning or Brady have done in this league and it's about damn time he gets the respect he deserves.
Good lordy

Jameis Winston threw for >5100 yards that same year. It means nothing.

I see a lot of 3 step drop backs.
I think we just lost the deep passing game.

There is a good chance, but I also wonder. Turpin got open downfield last night and it would have been a TD, but the qb didn't see him. I don't recall if it was after seatles first team was benched

Dak may need to run like Vick if they don't get the offensive line sorted.

You're right in that Brady and Peyton definitely never attempted to slide their way to victory when the season was on the line.

LOL, you have to be able to read the defense and know where you’re going with the ball. Dak ain’t that

Get ready for a check down, lateral passes, throw ways season

Asking way too much with this line. Not going to happen.

also doesn't make the big INT his INT% is low compared the farves and Mannings who are more risk takers.. 37 TDs to 10 INts is above average production. 1yr removed from the ankle etc he will more mobile than last year..he will need to be.

I am alright with a good amount of all 3 of those. No fumbles, interceptions, injuries, and dak can make plays when he can, which will turn out more often than most people think. Do that and rely more on the defense, special teams, and the next opportunity.

Huh? Payton Manning threw for over 5400 yards in 2013.
Both Brady and Manning have thrown for over 4900 yards at least once in their career. What haven't they done, that Dak has? They both own damn near every Qb record
