Dak or Romo?

Romo had a VASTLY superior O-line, and also had better pocket awareness/scrambling, especially in his last 3 years or so. Not really a fair comparison, don't know how Romo would've done with this roster. Would have benefitted tremendously from this D though...

NO.

Dak cant pass Romo until he becomes wat better at being a QB.

None of you Dak fans would say Jalen Hurts is a better QB than Dak even though he has played in a SB.

Or is that different?
If Hurts had Daks Romo I’d say Hurts was better. But as of now it’s looking like Hurts is a one year wonder until proven otherwise. Dak and Romo have similar careers. No matter what you or I think the stats say they are the same caliber. A NFc Championship would for sure prove that claim.

It’s time for yall to fix your top 5 QBs lists….just because Josh throws a pretty underhand ball doesn’t make him better than Dak. Josh Allen and Justin Herbert have great reputations for having done nothing.
Honestly, I'd still put Allen over Dak.I think the Bills make a deep run this year, but I agree with you on Herbert, honestly at this point I wouldn't put Herbert over Cousins

This D can’t stop the run though.

The thing about Allen is that he’s done nothing. What people attack Dak for they don’t do the same to Allen. My top 5 list this year has Allen behind Dak for the first time. I truly feel this season Lamar, Dak and Purdy have been the 3 best quarterbacks in the league. Allen might be 4.

You just did, so it's pointless to argue with you about it. There are a lot of things to consider, such as the play of the defense, the coaching , etc., but if you want to discount that his numbers were better, I can't stop you.
You compared Romo’s season in 2014 with Dak’s season this year. The teams running game, lead back and OL were night and day better in 2014 than what we have this season. If you’re going to make a comparison between QBs based on 2014 and this season then you should be prepared for a breakdown of each team. Romo would have never made it through half the season with this running game and OL and I can assure you he would have had a number of turnovers.

I think Allen bought a little more leeway because he's played in a championship game before, but that only buys so much time. I think if he doesn't make it far this year then he'll fall out the top 5. I agree, this season those qbs performed better, but I'm talking overall career

@themarathancontinues Dak will have more credibility if he made a nfccg... 28 year curse would be broken and a lot of media narrative put to rest...the same way Nick Foles has a statue in Philly...not done much but that 1 accomplishment is big

Romo might have choked away some wins and sitting at 10-6...no sense in making things up
The good thing about nonsense posts like these is these games are all documented and archived. Romo won us games that we had no business winning also.

Dak doesnt do that. Name me 5 games in Daks career where we won a game we had no business winning (underdogs)

We just going to pretend the defense doesn't exist? And sure, the 2014 defense probably wasn't ranked poorly but those overall rankings are always relative to yards and points per game, which the 2014 team didn't give up much of usually because we just dominated TOP. When team's really needed to score on us they could usually move the ball at will.
