There's only so much praise I can give a guy who had it so easy. It was not hard to play QB for that team today. Which is why Prescott could do it at a level that has the crowd excited. As soon as it gets challenging again and he has an opportunity to truly have a great performance he will fold like a cheap suit. As he always has.

In no way do we have the run defense fixed IMO. The instant we are up against an o-line that has pulling guards with good footwork and a thumping RB we are introuble with the stretch runs.

We need LBs who are not "peekaboo" types but willing to move quickly to fill run gaps, and we need corners who are strong at the point of attack and will seal off the edges if the runner or blockers get past the defensive ends.

The Vikings did not have a run game that was a serious threat today due to the depletions on their o-line. Our challenges this season are not over yet.
