i would hope our 40 million dollar franchise QB in his 7th year as a starter, could take this team to a higher level than an undrafted, journeyman backup QB starting his 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th starts of his career.
Wow, how insightful.

LOL Roy couldn't wait for someone to respond so he could as usual insult a poster, and hold himself completely unaccountable for the article he shares to validate his only goal of making all success of the Dallas Cowboys about Dak Prescott.
That is not insulting. That's respectfully questioning the trolling and recommending he read the article and learn something. The only thing evident here is you guys are not going to stop trolling, yet come out making false accusations of attacks simply because you don't like being questioned or given advice to better your limited comprehension of the game of football.

Why would you be upset that a positive article is written about our QB? Are you an Eagles fan? A troll? You cant be a cowboys fan.

I didnt write the article, but you might want to cry to him. Try reading the article and learn something for once. Lots of fun facts in there. Might be too intense for you. Read slowly if you have to.
This is what Bob warned us about...and it figures you;d just ignore it.

You keep getting a free pass for some reason.

Please no embellishments.....Dak doing some average work against the worst defense in the league and actually the defense is what will raise this team to a new level... Dak needs to just drive the freaking bus and not make stupid throws or fumbles. The defense will carry this team especially in the post season. If we begin to rely on Dak, we will be in for a rude awakening.
Not gonna happen. The best defense of 2021...the Buffalo Bills, lost in the divisional round. The second best defense (Dallas) was one and done. The 49ers ran out of gas in the title game. You are going to have to put up some offense, particularly in the first half. If you had last years' offense (the first six games) with this years' defense you would have a winner. However, Jones and co. simply didn't learn the lessons of Owens and Bryant. Both times they sent off the #1 WR, the offense struggled the next year. And what do we see right now? Cooper left the building and all of a sudden the game seems too big for the players that remain...and now what's the narrative? Fans want Jones and co. to go get a big play receiver. You had one...and the alchemy that existed resulted in arguably the leagues' best offense last year.

You don't have that now...and you likely won't have it going forward. Just remember how much Prescott struggled with the WR by committee approach before Cooper was signed in October of 2018. He was lost before that signing. Gallup is probably not going to be what he was until next year, given his injury. Lamb has not lived up to #1 status just yet. Brown doesn't really scare anyone. So now the question is whether or not Prescott can elevate those guys going forward. The offense is a mere whisper of what it was in the first part of 2021.

As it stands, Prescott had a very good first week back. He was inside the top six in both EPA/play and completion percentage over expectation (CPOE) and his QBR was just outside the top ten. Prescott also completed 76% of his passes despite leading the league in intended air yards and throwing into tight windows at the second highest rate this week. It’s wise not to overreact to one game, but this certainly looked like the Prescott fans are used to seeing.

No no no...you didn'tget the memo.

He can't read a defense and his limitations affect Kellen Moore's ability to call plays.

Sheesh...

They only scored 24 against the worst defense in the NFL and looked very much like the Cooper Rush led offense we saw the previous 5 weeks. Yet Dak elevated the team to a new level.

The lengths we keep going to in order to prop up an average QB.
If they put up 54....

you would have been among the first to post how he is an average qb who can't do it against good teams blah blah blah.

Same ol tired and thoughtless analysis. So boring.

My guess is because this or a very similar article was already used in another thread by you or another and all you seem to do is post I Love Dak threads hoping someone will offer any type of criticism so you can feed your need to insult people and call them haters and trolls.

Here's the problem. You don't seem to understand WHY the QB's and offenses play dipped the 2ndf half of last year. You simply think the QB play was the reason.

There is no fast forward to this season. First game where he got hurt and first game back from injury. ANOTHER example of how you show you dont understand football if you use these as legitimate examples.

Dak got hurt with 6 minutes left in the game and had played terrible all game so using the injury as an excuse is just that, an excuse.

We’ve left 14 points on the field. Did you forget about those two drives. The fumble, the field-goal on the 3 yard line The length some people go to put him down. How come you don’t respond to any other posts other than Prescott. I love that he lives in your head

Yes, and Dallas had only scored 10 points until the final few minutes of the game.

You didn’t watch the game did you. Brown fumbled at the 4 yard line after a nice pass. But we all know your agenda here. Crap on Dak every chance you get.

...and Detroit turned the ball over 5 times (21 Dallas points off those) and gave up 5 sacks.....so your point?
