Why do you get mad at people wanting Dak to do his job better when you do the same with Zeke?I dont want zeke to fail. I just want him to do his job better. Understand the difference?
I can post stats showing how average at best Zeke is at his job. Can you post stats proving that about Dak? Good luck with that one.
If you thought that was "phenomenal" then you have incredibly low standards.I think this was a phenominal showing for Dak in his first game back. Took him 3 quarters to shake off some of the rust and then he really turned it on in the 4th. He will pick up just where he left off this week against Chicago.
It's not one side or the other for most people.LMAO. This board is getting so one side or another.
Either Dak stinks and Elliot is still good. Shown specific stats to prove a point.
Or Elliot stinks and Dak is still good. Shown specific stats to prove a point.
Does any one care about the TEAM or is it ok to believe both can be a part of the rest of the team and be good together.
Could we just root for the TEAM.
LIKE IT OR NOT THE TEAM WORKS BEST WITH DAK AND ELLIOT PLAYING TOGETHER. MUST HAVE A DESCENT O-LINE TO OR NEITHER WOULD BE VERY GOOD..
Jeez.
Ummm...how many points did we score in the 4th? That's where he left off.If you thought that was "phenomenal" then you have incredibly low standards.
Also, where did he leave off exactly? He's not been good since Week 6 of last season.
Who cares?Ummm...how many points did we score in the 4th? That's where he left off.

I understand he sucked in the 1st half. Three 3 and outs. Then he blows a great punt return by taking the sack out of field goal range. He had a couple good passes in the second half. Let's hope the rust has come off. Here's the problem. You don't seem to understand WHY the QB's and offenses play dipped the 2ndf half of last year. You simply think the QB play was the reason.
There is no fast forward to this season. First game where he got hurt and first game back from injury. ANOTHER example of how you show you dont understand football if you use these as legitimate examples.
Bc it is true. But he didn't, so why even throw that out there?
It is insulting though. And I get Roy and the other poster probably have had back and forth on other threads, and there is a really good chance their has been disrespect on both ends, but an eye for an eye leaves us all blind. That is not insulting. That's respectfully questioning the trolling and recommending he read the article and learn something. The only thing evident here is you guys are not going to stop trolling, yet come out making false accusations of attacks simply because you don't like being questioned or given advice to better your limited comprehension of the game of football.
Oh so when they win it's because of the defense, but when they lose it is because of Dak. It's a team game, right?14....starting with 8:25 left in the game due directly to the defense getting 2 turnovers from Detroit as prior to that Dallas scored 10 points in 3-1/2 quarters.

Just stating that Dak is an average QB is in itself a trollish comment. Everyone knows Dak is NOT an average QB. One can say he played average in a certain game, but to say Dak is average is what starts arguments because we all know based on his record and statistics, Dak is not an average QB.It is insulting though. And I get Roy and the other poster probably have had back and forth on other threads, and there is a really good chance their has been disrespect on both ends, but an eye for an eye leaves us all blind.
"Why would you be upset that a positive article is written about our QB? Are you an Eagles fan? A troll? You cant be a cowboys fan."
That isnt that bad, but with that being the opening sentence the intentions are clear. There is plenty of data and film that can be discussed to counter the posters point, but instead he jumps right into calling the poster an Eagle fan and a troll. It's classic tactic to not build up your own argument, but trying to destroy the credibility in someone else.
"I didnt write the article, but you might want to cry to him."
No one was crying. The poster labeled Dak an average QB, and said the offense looked similar to what Rush did. Personally, I would disagree to an extent, but from an overall output by the offense it's not a radical claim. Again we had an opportunity to actually start a real discussion, but instead we had deflection and an attempt to gaslight the poster by saying they are crying.
"Try reading the article and learn something for once. Lots of fun facts in there. Might be too intense for you. Read slowly if you have to."
Clearly meant as an insult and talking down to the poster. Questioning their intelligence without question.
I'm all for talking football here, but when I've tried on similar threads I have the same type of responses. Crazy thing is I'm not even that down on Dak, but if you say 3 good things about Dak, and 1 bad a select few on this board take that 1 bad thing and instantly label that poster a troll and not a true fan. From the Lions game (and Daks career for that matter) there is a lot of good that can be pulled out of that game, but there is without question some bad to be discussed as well.
Not saying it doesnt happen the same way with the other side, because it absolutely does. There are another select few who wouldnt give Dak a compliment if he wont 3 super bowls in a row. Crazy part is I often get labeled a Dak lover from that crowd. It's the you're either with us or against us type of mentality. It's like two rival neighborhood gangs battling for superiority, but in reality all they are doing is holding back their entire community.
Has Aaron Rodgers elevated his 2022 WR crew now that Davante Adams is no longer in GB?Not gonna happen. The best defense of 2021...the Buffalo Bills, lost in the divisional round. The second best defense (Dallas) was one and done. The 49ers ran out of gas in the title game. You are going to have to put up some offense, particularly in the first half. If you had last years' offense (the first six games) with this years' defense you would have a winner. However, Jones and co. simply didn't learn the lessons of Owens and Bryant. Both times they sent off the #1 WR, the offense struggled the next year. And what do we see right now? Cooper left the building and all of a sudden the game seems too big for the players that remain...and now what's the narrative? Fans want Jones and co. to go get a big play receiver. You had one...and the alchemy that existed resulted in arguably the leagues' best offense last year.
You don't have that now...and you likely won't have it going forward. Just remember how much Prescott struggled with the WR by committee approach before Cooper was signed in October of 2018. He was lost before that signing. Gallup is probably not going to be what he was until next year, given his injury. Lamb has not lived up to #1 status just yet. Brown doesn't really scare anyone. So now the question is whether or not Prescott can elevate those guys going forward. The offense is a mere whisper of what it was in the first part of 2021.
I made 0 false claims. I used many of the same stats you mentioned (EPA per play, CPOE) just over a longer period of time. You posted an article with stats about week 7, I mentioned stats for all of last season.
Dak has had a ton of accomplishments in his career. Russell Wilson has too, and been to super bowls, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that he has played like garbage in 2022. We can talk about the historic data on dak, but that’s a different conversation. The recent data is the more relevant data. Last year we saw an MVP candidate dak and we saw a very inconsistent version of dak. We can discuss they why behind that all day, but it still doesn’t take away from the fact that he needs to perform better. Even the lions game I have no problem saying dak was fine….that doesn’t mean he can’t play better though.
You love stirring the pot, just admit it...
Please no embellishments.....Dak doing some average work against the worst defense in the league and actually the defense is what will raise this team to a new level... Dak needs to just drive the freaking bus and not make stupid throws or fumbles. The defense will carry this team especially in the post season. If we begin to rely on Dak, we will be in for a rude awakening.
nope, you said Dak played poorly 2nd half of last year. That’s not a stat and a generalization and blame game. you then used two games this year which is cherry picking laughable.
When you get real stats let me know.
My guess is because this or a very similar article was already used in another thread by you or another and all you seem to do is post I Love Dak threads hoping someone will offer any type of criticism so you can feed your need to insult people and call them haters and trolls.
