Yep, that's it.
That sounds like apportioning blame away from Dak again. He is paid to overcome these issues, to win a SB he'll have to succeed despite the mistakes of lesser team mates
So according to your logic, Dan Marino, Jim Kelly, Aaron Rodgers and Matthew Stafford has all failed careers, correct???
Rodgers is considered a great quarterback, but only won one Superbowl in his career and that was under McCarthy. That's the same amount of Superbowl wins won by Nick Foles and Trent Dilpher.
And Matthew Stafford has a record vs winning teams of 11-72, Matthew Stafford didn't win his first playoff game until his 12th year in the league..... and the year he did PARTICIPATE on a Superbowl winning team, he led the league in interceptions.
And yall said Stafford was a better quarterback than Dak... LOL!!! So why did it take him 12 years to win his first playoff game?? Why does he have a career winning percentage of 11-72 vs winning teams?? He's paid to overcome issues and the mistakes of lesser teammates, correct???
According to your logic, how is Rodgers one of the best quarterbacks to ever play with one Superbowl victory? He's paid to overcome issues and mistakes of lesser teammates, right?? That goes for Jim Kelly, Dan Marino and countless other quarterbacks who were considered great or elite, but failed to win when it mattered most. These are YOUR words.
I'm so glad you said this and there is no possible way you can backpedal out of this one.
