"Not trying to become the highest paid"-- w/e.. Yes he is. Tongue-in-cheek Lying. That's fine but most Cowboys fans know who he is come playoff time. Can't erase the evidence at this point. 8 years. How many more??
He isn't even a good liar. He couldn't keep from laughing when he said it. The guy next to him was laughing.

This is not even a thing. You either win the MVP or your don't. There is no such thing as an MVP runner up. It's the same as claiming you were nominated for an Oscar. Means nothing but it massages your ego.
Oscar nominations are literally a thing as well.

They keep track of those, and it's a great honor just to be nominated.

You thought you had something.

I like Dak and think you can do a lot worse at QB than him. I know many fans want him gone and listening to the clips from Dak in this thread is the first time that I think he might actually be gone after this year.
Yeah, I think its 50/50 right now if this is his last year in Dallas.

Saying "I dont fear playing elsewhere" is not what you typically see a team's franchise QB say.

Awesome seeing another civil Dak debate, keep up the good work fellas
Exactly..............I thought the sticky at the top of page told posters to "have intelligent conversations and dialogue over your difference of opinions."???

I have seen multiple posts, and multiple threads for that matter, all on the front page that have violated that sticky. Nothing but sarcastic posts and responses left and right in thread after thread.

Obviously its not being enforced, I wish it was.

Hopefully he’s gone to another team Thursday! Wishful thinking but just about the only thing that might add a silver lining to this crappy offseason.

CowboysZone ULTIMATE Fan
Have not read through all the posts yet.

Maybe he meant he does not want to become the most overpaid, or over rated overpaid, or something like that. :muttley:

Dak simply walking after this year would be a total fail by the front office. If the Cowboys truly had an all in type of offseason then I would understand keeping Dak around for one more try. Instead this team has done nothing to upgrade this team to make a serious run.

If you don’t have plans to resign him the cowboys need to have a real discuss with him about a trade.

This has been my stance all year. It makes no sense to keep him if you don’t plan on re-signing him.

Either you sign him long term now or let him go.
