Exactly...............I dont really see this as a bad decision by Dak, its more advantageous to get out Infront of this and let everyone know you are being extorted over fake allegations.

I saw this earlier. The first thought I had was I wonder if she demanded 100 million from him in an attempt to get him to sue her. By doing that, that would eliminate the statute of limitations law and she could pursue criminal charges.

But that is giving her lawyer a lot of credit. He doesn’t seem smart enough to take such a risky gamble. But unfortunately by Dak suing her, it removed the statute so now she can sue him for SA.

Yeah but what was the alternative? You’re accused of sexual assault and basically you let the court handle it? Seems like it’s punishing the person who’s accused of it and encouraging people to do these same money scams and false sexual assault claims.

Yeah I think that’s the goal and it technically did work. The longer you wait the quicker you look guilty and you can never repair that Pr damage….
