Dak should be given two more seasons after this one to win

He's gone on interviews the last few years and is always in the discussion for head coaching positions.

This is going to be the 3rd year in a row where Moore's offense, with Dak behind Center is the #1 scoring offense in the NFL. And considering most were crying about losing Cooper, Wilson, Williams, and Collins, he has done well.

Biggest issue I have with Moore is he took way too long to get Pollard involved and he still gives the ball to Zeke too much.

Moore does not make good in-game decisions. The good offensive coordinators do!!

I'll remind you how bad it is the next time we have 2nd and short or 2nd and goal from the 2 yard line and Moore decides to call two straight passing plays in a game we're running the ball at 5, 6 yards a clip. You do the math.

Misleading post. The only reason Dak is 8th is because he signed the contract 2 years ago. Of course QBs are going to sign for more after that that's how it always works. You just lied for Dak.

Coordinators calls plays before the other team lines up. They are in fact guessing, using their best judgement, what the other team is going to do. QBs have the time to read how the defense lines up and determine if the called play is the best to run. If not, they can change the play. Can't blame Moore for everything when Dak checks out of runs often.

If Dak and Moore are cut today, Moore gets a job first because no one else is going to pay Dak $40M. Dak is an average QB and you don't pay an average QB a franchise crippling sum of money unless you're Jerry.

I'm comparing him to Derek Carr who I think is in the same range as Dak talentwise he was benched and is going to be gone after this season, this is Carr's 9th season. Dak in his 7th season threw the same amount of INTs as Carr this season in 5 less games. I'm not saying get rid of Dak now but if he doesn't win this playoffs or the next two it's time to move on. He'll be 30 next summer no team really keeps a QB for 15-20 years that doesn't win it just doesn't happen. At some point you have to show you can win a Super Bowl, that is the entire point of the game not regular season wins or TDs.
