We had 128 yards rushing against Tampa in our playoff win in 2023 and held the Buccaneers to only 53 yards on the ground. Our defense bent in the passing game, but we didn’t give up a lot of points.

I see you fail to mention that in 2023 the Cowboys defense held the 49-er offense to 19 points and you fail to mention Dak's 2 Ints. Look at the losses in the last 3 years in the playoffs, they each show an offense that is comatose.

Fans keep bringing that game up and I’ve been through it many times. That was our only playoff loss under Dak where the defense played respectable. That’s the only playoff loss you could come up with where our defense wasn’t garbage. However, we gave up a big third down reception to George Kittle in a critical situation. That was another playoff loss where we had little running game. We only had 76 yards rushing while the 49ers had 113 yards. They had almost 300 yards rushing in their two playoff wins over us. I’m convinced even had Dak played well our defense would’ve choked with the game on the line.

They wanted to keep our offense off the field. Had our defense been able to get them off the field our offense would’ve gotten more opportunities with the ball.
