Dak shouldn't be compared to Hurts at this point. Dak is in the Kurt Cousins tier. Hurts didn't throw picks every week.
Why do so many dimiss the fumble for a TD?

They both have something in common now. Both cost their team an important game with a turnover. If that was Dak fumbling away a TD in the Super Bowl, half the threads on the board would be trade or cut Dak threads or Dak sucks threads. Sometimes, the other team makes a good play. You have to live with it as long as it doesn’t keep repeating itself.
Daks really been turning it over
It's gotta get corrected

Do you think the Eagles lose without that fumble? I don’t. And yes, Dak hasn’t made it to the Super Bowl, and Hurts played a very good game overall. Still, that fumble was a killer in the end. I will say Hurts is the better QB now.
well if that fumble was in the 2nd half or 4th qrt, then I would say it caused the loss, but it was early in game in 1st half.
The eagles still led at the half.
It was the 2nd half that they lost 24-11 that cost them the game.

They let up on offense in 2nd half all season and their defense held up, but KC moved the ball and scored more than the other teams
they had played in reg season.

The difference between Dak and Hurts is, Hurts has a more dominant offensive line. Any dominant offensive line will make an average QB look better than he is. I’ll take Dak over Hurts.
Shhh, don't talk facts to the Dak haters who obviously never played football, much less understand it.

This season Hurts was way better than dak.
each season is different though.
Hurts had the best Oline in the league, along with very good receivers, very good RBs, a better TE and better coaches and playcalling. That makes a huge difference, but many here don't like to talk facts around here.

Sucks he’s a competent passer… because dak cannot and never could run like that (dak has written like acceleration). That said u don’t think hurts has proven he can win with just his arm like Dak has

Well AC it is what it is lol. Hurts did better than dak this season, the reasons are kinda moot.
All that CAN make a difference, it isnt absolute.
Funny because you just said the eagles have a WAY better team than the cowboys lol.

Also I see we tied for 3rd place in the yahoo game, we did ok there. I was 1 behind you but got the SB right.

jalen has 0 wins vs dak.
since his arrival into the league...dak owns the east.
I doubt jalen cares about beating dak or not, he did beat cowboys this season.
The thing is , it isnt about qb vs qb or beating the eagles, or having better stats.
it is about what the team does in post season, and Jalen just blew by dak this season.
# 1 seed, NFC Champ, and went to SB and came close to winning.

Dak needs to do that to catch up to hurts.

It certainly helps when a QB is surrounded by a better team, talent and a much easier schedule. That won't be the case in 2023, especially if Hurts get paid a new contract. Half of their starters are due new contract extensions. Good luck keeping the same team intact. Everyone praising them, let's see if that will be the case by the end of the 2023 season.

Probably on a level CAP however you get a dominant line when you pay Rookie Deals to your QB.

I see Dak and Hurts as similar.

The difference really is that Dak is paid 40m a season and that is an albatross around the salary cap’s neck. There are maybe 3-4 QB’s worth that high a percentage of the salary cap in the league and Dak isn’t one of them. If there are 14 QB’s with higher salaries then at least 10 other teams along with Dallas have made a mistake IMO.

The Eagles will utilize their 2 first round picks to help turnover the roster, or go all in behind another rookie QB and trade HURTS (with his 1 year rookie money). The Eagles arent obsessed with 'their guys' they're a lot more subjective about talent evaluation.

The Eagles have the 10th and 30th overall picks in the 1st round of 2023's Draft. This draft class is void of top QB talent. Only the top 2 QBs are worthy of being top 10 picks worthy, and both of them will be long gone by the time the Eagles pick at #10. No way are they getting rid of Jalen Hurts for a lesser rookie QB draft pick.
