Dak played well this week and deserves all the praise.
He needs to string a few weeks together not just one game.

Minnesota didn't play like a number 2 team either.

He's missing consistency still. I'm looking for that.

Philly played Vikings like the 2nd game of the season. At that time nobody knew what aby team was going to be. MINNESOTA over the past few weeks has been talked about as a legit team.most thought we would lose
Who cares what FANS knew the 2nd game of the year, or what they were talked about as. They were still the same team! Hahaha...you can't make that up. We beat Vikings....we're all world. Somebody else beats Vikings (exact same players on vikings team), that means nothing, because FANS didn't know how good they were then.

LOL... that's the best thing I've ever heard!

Why do you insist on crappy on the Cowboys after such a dominating win?
I wasn't, I was crappy on the Eagles.

I was just stating that the Vikings really didn't prove much about us, since they're just a so so team, as proof about my belief the Eagles hadn't beaten a single respectable team all year

Dak Prescott was World Class today. Not only in terms of the scores, but he had numerous World Class throws. I'll give you all 3 examples of his World Class throws.

The first example that I'll provide was the ball to Lamb before halftime that set up the 60 yard kick. It was world class because it was in a spot where only Lamb could get it in a spot where we needed a lot of yards. Oh, and if that weren't enough, Dak was on the run. Should add that Lamb's catch was world class too.

The second example that I'll use was the ball to Pollard on 3rd and a long way. If we punted there, we could've let the Vikings back in the game. But, Dak not only throws for a first down, but it proved.to be the killshot. Often times, we hear complaints about how we rarely go for the kill. That was going for the kill, and it basically secured momentum with us for the rest of the game.

The third example was the ball to Noah Brown. This was one where we could've been kicking another long field goal if it didn't work, and it was another long yardage pass. It was a tight window to fit the ball through. Yet, it was a perfect pass that ultimately led to another TD as we proceeded to continue the demolition of Minnesota.

That was a World Class game from Dak. Well done by Dak. Now it's onto the Giants. Now Dak needs to continue that next week. We are currently tied with the Giants for second on tie breakers from our week 3 matchup. A win puts distance and the full head to head lead over NY. With the Colts, Texans, and Jaguars next, that should help us get ourselves into the playoffs with at least a second place finished and playing the 4th seed. Also, a win puts us potentially in striking distance of Philly, and gives us a 3-1 division record should we win. That would equalise us with Philly. This means, should we beat them on Christmas Eve, we would take the divisional record lead on them, especially if they split their series with NY. So, should we be even with them, we could possibly be at least in the second seed and maybe the first seed if we are tied with Minnesota at the end.

In essence, our win today with Dak's performance just put the top seed back on the radar for us. It was a World Class win exactly when we needed a World Class victory.
Lol.

Dak was good today, but any QB could win that game easily given the deluge Cousins was under. Our pass rush was relentless.

This game was about the Cowboys offensive and defensive lines. Period.

Nobody can overinflate regular season win like Cowboys fans.

Hang on, as I recall, I usually have said excluding the Vikings, they hadn't played good teams. As in, the Vikings were the one good team that they played before us. So, yes, I think I'm still consistent. They had a great win when they beat them, and we had a brilliant win today.

Apologies on confusion.....that post by me wasn't directly to you per se, rather I used your post to address others I was seeing this type of backwards logic from.

I disagree with you that the Vikings game was a great win by Eagles OR us....BUT at least you are consistent in so far as you think defeating the Vikings was a great win by both Dallas and Philly.

Others seem to think it proves we're upper echelon, but doesn't prove anything about Philly, which is just stoopid and the epitome of homerism

Maybe, but, when Dak needed to make top class throws, he did.

IMHO hes played well in all 4 games back.. i mean he started just like this is the bears game or did we forget the 21 point lead in the fist half and he was like 85% completing like what 12-14 150 yards and 28 points before the half?? even the lion's game, 75% 113 QBR, no TOs and scored 25, GB game 28 points gave our D a 14 point 4th qtr lead ON THE ROAD..

Daks better then rush, no debate, period end of story.. what the average now in scoring and 3rd down %? isnt his offense now go from bottom 10 to scoring 36 points game??

Hes allowed to make mistakes, hes not perfect but hes still a top 10 QB regardless of what the naysayers try and argue he isnt. since when is that bad quarterbacking?? Oh haters have their own measurable ie Perfection or bust!

this place would turn on Jesus himself if the wine wasn't the right type.

I'm not taking it away from him how he played against the Bears. I'm just making it clear that this was the kind of game where, especially with the opponent, I think it's reasonable to call this a world class game from him considering that this was a near perfect game from the Cowboys.

Yes, TEAM game, everything was clicking, great but IMHO once again we are a far better offense since dak came back game 1 against the lions and better each game. truth is Dak being held to a ridiculous standard only gets props when he plays close to perfect but not when he plays like a top 10 QB and put us in position to win every game hes been back since injury because fans FEEL he wasn't perfect,

that doesn't sit well, so ill keep being the reminding VOR on threads like this..36PPG since hes been back , was under 20 before that.. all i need to know we are better at every level of offense since hes returned, HIs floor is cooper ceiling.

True but Dallas offense did a lot to get Minn out of the running game. Dak lead this offense on 7 straight drives for points to start the game. We did not even have a single punt until the 3rd qrt. Dak himself was 22 of 25 for 88% for 2 TD. I know people do not want to credit him for anything but the man played great plain and simple. Defense did an outstanding job but Dallas offense took them out of their game plan and forced them to be 1 dimensional and that plays right into the hands of the defense.

You are right that is 1 game in the regular season

Everybody knows the first couple games are a feeling out for teams, no team is well tuned in September. If you think the Vikings are the same team in September as they are now, you're stupid
