Just say Dak doesn’t have any accuracy problems would be ludicrous. Of course he does. There is, however, one key factor that people seem to be conveniently ignoring from the 2017 season.

Games 1-8

163 of 247 (65.9%) for 181 yards; 16 TD, 4 int.; 7.36 YPA, QBR = 102:5

Games 9-16

155 of 235 (65.4%) for 1506 yards; 6 TD, 9 int.; 6.4 YPA, QBR = 76.3

What happened in game #9 that significantly impacted the remainder of the season? That was the first games of Elliot’s suspension, and more important, the beginning of Tyron Smoth’s Injury woes. That’s when we saw a total breakdown in pass protect for the rest of the season. Dak was sacked 22 times in the last 8 games, compared to only 10 in the first 8.

In other words, Dak was under constant, tremendous pressure once Tyron was injured, and the offensive line woes began, and it showed. He was forced to hurry throws constantly, which had a definite impact on his footwork and accuracy. Give him protection like he received those first eight games, and you’ll see his accuracy “miraculously” improve. It’s still won’t be perfect, but he will not look like the same quarterback we saw the last eight games of 2017.

He has a lot to improve on with his mechanics, pocket presence and his ability to hhandle pressure, but the head coach did nothing to compensate for the OL issues. No quick passing, nothing.

Sure...

But how do you explain Dak missing a wide open Dez Bryant in the endzone multiple times in the first game of the season?

Tyron was playing..

How do you explain the Denver game?

Tyron was playing..

And as you said, Dak was only sacked 10 times in that strectch..

What gives?

I don't really want to hear about this right now. I'm sure coach Moore will help him out.

Not something you can learn at this age
Funny thing people don't even know that many good qb's that have done such but really think Dak can do it? Honestly accuracy seems to be a you have it or not thing and Dak doesn't have it. To be a great QB you need it but folks are so emotionally blind. This is crazy but some of the passes Foles made have we ever saw Dak make those throws from the pocket? You saw a retired QB make this guy look stupid accuracy wise.

And you asked why Dak insisted playing in our last game vrs the Eagles??? Here's why down below.....now you tell me who looks more like a NFL QB???

Yeah, it made no sense that Rush didn't get to play in that meaningless game or I should say it made sense to Dak Prescott. He's didn't want Rush to come in and have a good game to compare and contrast his poor season.

Last few games were despicable.

Don't like how his mess has ended up in Dez's backyard.

Before he's done all of our players will be considered worthless but in the end after we have wasted another season or season's he will hit the bench and then be out of the NFL sooner than later!
