Look. In my personal opinion, we were lucky to win that game.

Truth.

We played well. But in all Honestly we got outplayed we just wound up on top.

The Cowboys start their 2 game debut on grass this Thursday In Tennessee

And we are 0-3 on grass this year. So let's see if we can win 1 game on grass this year before we crown them Superbowl Champs ha ha ha

Sure, if we get them to turn the ball over 4 or more times, we can beat them in the playoffs. But that's no guarantee. The Eagles turned the ball over 4 times twice this season. They lost both those games.

This is what I don't understand about some that say they are fans of this team. If Dak or any other offensive player, gives up the ball, they suck. The defense causing turnovers and Philly is politely handing them the ball. This team has earned those turnovers. A win is a win.

Yea. Two interceptions and a botched handoff…hmm I doubt that happens with Hurts. It was also refreshing to not have to worry about Hurts running ability.

Philly won by two scores when we played them earlier in the season so I wouldn’t exactly call that eeking out a win. They had us down by 20 in that game. Granted, we made a comeback, but they shoved the ball down our throat on an 11 play drive to score and we couldn’t stop them. Hurts didn’t need to have his best game of the season to beat the Cowboys. There is a difference between that game and what happened today. The Cowboys got down by 10 points and were having to battle from behind most of the game. Dak needed his best stuff to pull off the win against Gardner Minshew. Philly was within striking distance until we stopped them in the end. I pointed out in the other post what needed to happen for us to win today. The important thing is the Cowboys got the win but the defense is going to have to get much better. We need to get players back.

It's def gonna increase Lil Jalens stock and make these last 2 weeks more interesting to see who comes out as the #1 Seed. Js

Then they have to go and try and beat Chicago on their cold grass field by one score

Dallas just beat the Eagles team that is the best team in football. Dallas handled the run, created turnovers and the DBs kept making plays. It was a wonderful Christmas Eve. This Dallas team has fought through injuries and are tuning themselves up for the Superbowl. Watching Peters line up as TE and maul two defenders was incredible, I want to see more of this.

Outside of the pick, Dak was on fire. As TY gets in football shape I think he will be a problem for Coordinators. Lamb is smooth on his routes and his growth over the last three weeks is very noticeable. Zeke and TP are grinding dirt yards, and what impressed me was the team stuck with running which kept the play action working.

This game was a cross between a chess match and a wild west shootout.

Keep throwing at Bland and teams will learn today, he will make a believer out of the QB.

yeah but Minshew didn't outrun Dak. He had several opportunities but he was tooooo Slow.

Gotta give Dak his props today. He was a little slow to take off at times but he made some great runs that made a huge difference this week.

Dak is a pretty pedestrian QB when you remove his run dynamic.

Hurts is a pretty pedestrian QB when he doesn't run either.

Hurts changes the whole dynamic of the run and passing game where Minshew just has to hand it off and stand in the pocket or throw it Away

Minshew played great and made some good throws but the run game got stifled without hurts and his legs

We blew up their rbs all game because we knew Minshew wasn't running ya see

Little Jalen is good for 55 yards and 1 TD Rushing every single game ya see

If ya just key in on the RB all day he's prolly gonna burn ya for closer to a 100 yards and maybe 2 tds

we needed 4 turnovers just to barely squeek out the game with their non running backup on our home turf field.

You could see Philly doesn't like the turf. They had footing problems all game.

And we were the favorites by 4 points.

The best team in the nfl, maybe the history of the nfl or the universe surrendered 10 point leads twice and a 7 point lead late to lose the game…and many on here think Dak is just a backup as well…so what does that say about their relatively healthy defence? Backup or no backup Philly has a great offence loaded with weapons…our D held them to 27 points. And some of those takeaways was because our D just took the ball away from them. Harris might be our best coach…

It's still a great accomplishment. But it's not like we were 10 point underdogs. Division rivals usually split a lot of series.

Philly had a 3 game road stretch and catching a division opponent at our home where we have a QB, turf and crowd advantage kinda matters Js

But I'll take the win

And Pray that we can beat the Titans and the Best rb in the League and win our first game on Grass which has been our Kryptonite this year.

Without Hurts, the Eagles are *not* the best team in football.

I'm really surprised returning here tonight and finding most of the fans spiking the ball after *barely* sniveling out a win against the Eagles playing with their backup QB.
