QB position, or QB Argument.???..Perhaps you forgot what things looked like from Aikman to Romo.
But why? I mean, they didn't have to look like that. That was a management decision, more then anything. We way over spent on FA, we never developed a backup who could become the starter because we didn't want to ruffle anybodies feathers. We built the team on the OL and then we over paid and over spent on guys who either never lived up to their billing or outlived their contracts. We never went out an hired a really good Coach who could right the ship because everybody had to be able to work with Jerry and Jerry sided with the players way too much. So basically, we got ourselves in a bad cap situation, a void talent level on the team, no draft picks for future talent because we had traded them all away on stop gap players who failed and we had to hire a HC who would work with Jerry to try and get us out. None of that adds up to success but let me ask you, does any of that sound familiar? Can you see any of that history starting to repeat itself?
My point is, it didn't have to be that way after Troy but it was because of management and it will be again because of management if we don't change our way of doing business IMO.
