I liked the fire and emotion from Dez. It may look ugly on TV, but I am glad someone has a pulse on the team. Its not to say the quiet leaders like Romo/Ware do not want to win just as much as Dez does, but sometimes I like to see the fiery from a player. I do not think he is hurting anybody. I do not feel he is being selfish. He wears his heart on his sleeve. As long as he continues to be a team player, I see nothing wrong with having his outbursts. It just gets magnified 10X because we lost.

i agree with your points that dez isnt selfish and wears his heart on his sleeve. However, I don't see his screaming as being constructive towards the team. Every second romo/witten/the coaches have to waste trying to calm dez down, is one less second that can be used focusing on the game, devising new adjustments, coaching up other players etc. As much as the game of football is won with the heart, the scheming and the mental aspect is doubly important. When dez starts raging on everyone, it's just a pointless and fruitless endeavor.

btw, i had the feeling that if ware didn't get in the middle of that argument between dez and witten, that was going to get really ugly, physically.

12 replies (answers) not counting this one, so make it 13. Troll? Hardly. I have just started to post this season with a total of 115 posts and 43 likes. That leaves me with a like percentage of 37%. You on the other hand have 28,578 posts and 14 likes; a whopping 0.000489%. (Gee I hope those stats are wrong).
That makes me Peyton Manning, and it makes you Ryan Leaf. Quality over quantity my fellow "respectful" and very brave Cowboys fan.

Well that just blew up in your face.. Thanks for the laugh! Cheers! Haha comparing stats online is like comparing a gremlin to a pinto. Nobody cares!

Maybe it wakes up the powers that be...only time will tell. Somehow, I don't think Dez's blow-up changed the outcome whatsoever. It just may have been the spark that this team needs.

I don't care what people says Dez. I'm glad he went off on the players. This team needed it. If he didn't go off on the sidelines I doubt he would have gotten the ball and scored those 2 TDs. Romo basically forgot all about him. If we throw it to Dez, we win. Why did we wait till the 2nd half to start throwing it to Dez?

lol... young, young mook... this is a NEW interface...

I have like 20-30 posts with the new software... care to refigure your results? Also... I created the emoticons on this site...

If you are basing your relevance on likes for a new system... well, ok...

If you want to talk football... well let's go my friend...

I have been around these parts for 10+ years...

Let's talk football... or you can summon up some more stats...

I am laughing my arse off at your justifications...

Funny, I came into this board thinking fans may be a little cooler, calmer and less violent or aggressive than that other board I frequent, for which I too have been a member for over nine years. I guess that in the end they're all the same, and rarely will other members respect each others opinions, or at least disagree to them without much hate. Respect isn't just something you usually see on the internet these days.

You give respect, you get respect. Talk to us like idiots and ya see what happens.

It also doesn't help that a few of us are bottle deep in spirits after this loss :D

Ha.

The guy who tried the "people like my opinions more than they like your opinions" approach is now talking about respecting everyone's opinion.

Funny stuff..

On that note, my car is still in LA at a storage on Willshire. We may or may not get it to Houston, probably just sit there until we get back :(

I just replied about the "BMW" man what a crazy deal there. Why not have it shipped? Probably cost about 700 bucks

Wow, are you seriously using likes to marke an argument?

There are several morons on this site with 300+ likes, do you know why? Because those morons pad each other's likes.

I think this like feature is ******* stupid but whatever makes you happy.
