Well everybody's different Adrian Peterson came back in six months and was the same guy and let me explain something to you I've also had this ACL replacement surgery in 2018 when I was 48 years old let me tell you something about myself even at 54 years old I'm still snowboarding wakeboarding and surfing those are called extreme sports OK I'll even jump on a dirt bike.. I have an extremely tough job as an HVAC contractor I'm still out in the field helping my guys install stuff walking up ladders grabbing stuff and yanking it into the attic balancing on beams basically...
- In six months I was basically back riding again and not doing anything big but I was actually cruising around behind the boat making small jumps I went snowboarding and I didn't do anything big but I rode down the hill just fine it didn't hold me back at work at all I was back to work in three months like doing everything no limitations just making sure I wore my knee brace which I still have my sports Don joy knee brace you know like they wear in football I wear it when I do anything crazy...
- At nine months I was doing absolutely the same stuff that got me hurt big flips behind the boat, I was back bombing the hills on a snowboard, and I never looked back and yes, I still wear that brace just for extra protection you know more mental than anything.
So at 48 years old, my first major injury odf long history of sports like HS football, soccer, baseball, etc etc weekend warrior , I had ACL surgery & my 6 month rehab went great and at nine months just like AP, for reference I'm a white guy, I'm a 54 year old white guy, that does a lot of extreme sports, i came back the same level I was doing it before I got hurt.
so I didn't have to have things not refiring, so I don't know what you're talking about ,yes some people take longer than others but everybody's not going to be Terrence Steele not everybody's going to look like Michael Gallup, which by the way that receiver over there for the Buccaneers who got hurt around the same time as Michael Gallup and came back in the same time frame had a pretty damn good season for the Buccaneers...
there's some of them are going to look like Adrian Peterson.
So I'm not saying that you're inaccurate,
I realized that your knee didn't heal fully for two or three years but I could tell you right now at nine months there was absolutely 0 setbacks for me and Im no professional athlete but I can tell you right now riding behind a boat at 23 miles an hour doing flips on a wakeboard and bombing mountains on a snowboard and I used to actually surfing behind the boat as rehab I was doing that at like 4 or five months post surgery,
you can't tell me that some of us who say it could be OK that Diggs comes back and so does Overshown faster and normal then others that we've seen on our team
, it is very possible.
