That is true for sure. My bet is this has played out numerous times before, especially if the men in the house didn't even get up to help.

Still, you don't hit her and pull her hair. You don't throw a ball at her. That is the action of a petulant child with no grasp of anything.

Let's see if Dez denies the whole thing. I'll bet this will be one of those carefully crafted lawyer letters that says ultimately nothing.

Maybe....just maybe....this will drive a wedge so far between Dez and his family it will remove him from the situation for a long, long time. Although, I don't know that his other circles are any better.

Hate to say it, but Dez was brought up in a culture so foreign to me, I allow that HIS mom might well have deserved what she got. Sounds harsh, but maybe a pimp slap is all that gets his mom's attention when she goes off the rails. IDK. I'm one who was very fortunate to have been raised in a loving home.

If word had ever gotten out that I had hit, or even purposely disrespected my sweet mom, I would've deserved to be strung up and neutered... no progeny allowed to follow in those footsteps. But I loved my mom for being a loving mom.

I had that. Dez did not... and does not... by all accounts.

really? this is just a theory, dude. I never claimed any of that to be true. None of us know what the truth is.

In a turn of events that is sure to anger the haters....the judge dismisses the charge due to too many holes in poor moms testimony and suggests that mom still needs help and sees to it that she gets it....whoa, mom didn't count on that part happening.

Dez just needs a restraining order from that dysfunctional situation and move on.

She has battled with drug addiction for a long time. The saying "once an addict, always an addict" is true. You can get off drugs, but your still addicted to them. Especially hardcore drugs like crack. So while there may not be evidence that she still does drugs, there could be a chance that she has relapsed, or is about to relapse and thats what caused it.

Arrested for selling crack in 97 and again in 09. That's 12 years of crack. She might have cleaned up in these 3 years but I doubt it.

according to her she hasn't done a drug in over a decade. this was a freaking domestic dispute. they happen thousands and thousands of times a day in this country. why can't we just leave it at that without jumping to all these asinine conclusions.
