In a turn of events that is sure to anger the haters....the judge dismisses the charge due to too many holes in poor moms testimony and suggests that mom still needs help and sees to it that she gets it....whoa, mom didn't count on that part happening.

Dez just needs a restraining order from that dysfunctional situation and move on.
Right on the nose.

Hope what you said to begin with happens, if it ever even gets before a judge.

I know this is way, way premature, but I wonder if trading Mike Jenkins for a WR is a possibility now.

according to her she hasn't done a drug in over a decade. this was a freaking domestic dispute. they happen thousands and thousands of times a day in this country. why can't we just leave it at that without jumping to all these asinine conclusions.

what conclusions? my original comment that started this crap didnt even indicate she was on drugs at the time. i just referred to her as a crackhead, in a hypothetical situation. *** is wrong with you, bro??

Better to trade him for a new flux capacitor and go back a few months so we can keep Robinson

what part of your imagination did this come from? can you provide any ****ing evidence that she still does drugs.

She was last arrested in April 2009 involving the possession and sale of crack cocaine, according to Lufkin police.

Who knows, maybe she cleaned up in the last 3 years after being involved in it well over a decade.

She served 18 months in prison after being convicted for selling crack cocaine in 1997. She was also sentenced to 10 years' probation due to an April 2009 arrest for selling crack cocaine to police informants in Lufkin, Texas, and being found guilty of two felony counts for possession of a controlled substance and the manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.

---------

so, an addict is now just selling the drugs?

you said if she was a "complete crackhead". as if she is spending her days injecting herself in back alleys.

First, there is physical evidence of assault. She may be junkie, she may even be a prostitute. That doesn't mean she wasn't assaulted.

Second, Dez is the one who would be served with a restraining order. She's telling him to get out of her house and he's not leaving.

Ugh, I wish. I assume we'll be looking heavily at pass rushers and WR's in the 1st round next year.

The WR class is very thin, sadly. Andre Holmes better be Jerry Rice.

Guilty or innocent it's hit the mainstream and this kind of attention sucks. Juicier than the other athletes getting in trouble because it's the Cowboys and juicier because it's his crack mom. Sucks that the rest of the team will have to deal with this now.
