And apparently the altercation was between Dez and that very same brother. His mom stepped in to break it up and Dez pushed her away.

Cue the Dez haters "what's he supposed to say? he's his brother" comments.
Which is exactly why she chose to bring the police into the situation. Makes sense.Cowboys22;4623976 said:Dez is supposedly keeping quiet because the truth could send his mom to prison because she is on probation.

Seems everything that happens to him the media makes it out to be way worse than it actually is. Starting to feel bad for the guy.

Which is why most criminals never take any precautions to make sure they don't get caught. Also makes sense.Cajuncowboy;4624006 said:Most people in prison don't do things thinking it will send them to prison. They just do them.

Was there any mention on the police report that she appeared under the influence of anything?...I mean, I know everyone on this thread can tell she's high just from listening to the scratchy 911 call, so I'm assuming that the officers on the scene should have definitely been able to tell as well.Cowboys22;4624009 said:She's a drug addict who has lied to police before and by all accounts is not very bright. It makes perfect sense to me. People on drugs don't think straight.

She most likely does lol...Cowboys22;4624017 said:If she wasn't high when she made that call then she has the IQ of a doorknob.

But then again, why would calling the police be a stupid decision in this case?
I've read numerous posters on this thread, though, that all claim they can tell she's high without even being there.gmoney112;4624024 said:Usually those situations are so emotionally charged that it's very difficult to tell if someone is under the influence or just a product of their emotions given the difficult situation. Someone could be hysterical and be perfectly sober, or calm and collected but high as a kite. People's reactions to stressful situations vary so wildly that it wouldn't surprise me at all if she was under the influence and they just couldn't tell. Can't exactly get a warrant for a drug test in that situation.
